The only complaint I have is they are so busy it takes a while to get an appointment! Replacing my broken ceiling fan was not an emergency but I am certainly glad to have it done. Jeffrey removed all the old one and left things just as they were. Wonderful.

I had the go to crew install a whole house surge protector since I live around very tall trees and the risk of lightening strikes is very real. They did a great job and left me the paperwork to register the unit. Jeff even texted me to make sure I filled it out. thanks again Jeff and The Go To Crew of protecting my house.

Can’t recommend The Go-To Crew enough. They came out for some work that was part of another project I was getting done. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. They were also able to perform some other work I was looking to get done for a reasonable price. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

If I could give Brickhouse Electrical LLC 10 stars, I would! Jeff installed an outdoor security camera for me today. He assessed the mounting area and the possible installation options, advised of the best option, and then made it happen... and it didn't take long either! 10/10, will continue to use Jeff for our electrical needs. He's always prompt, responsive and upfront about any hiccups that may or may not arise. He explains everything in layman's terms so we have a full understanding of what he's doing or why plans changed. Fair pricing and he always does a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. Jeff responded to my inquiry right away. He came out, gave me a fair priced estimate for installing a Ring Floodlight, two outdoor fixtures, and two outdoor outlets. We just purchased a house from out of state. Jeff was able to meet me when I made a quick trip at closing, and performed all the work while the house was unoccupied. The Go To Crew were on time and fixed light switches and fixtures to where they are better than ever. Jeff is helping me line up two future projects and was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I needed. If you want it done right and done once, this is the company to hire.

I called this company based on a recommendation and I was extremely happy with them. I called and Jeff answered the phone and got me on schedule for the same day. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. Anytime you deal with hot wires is nothing to fool around with. I totally recommend this company for any electrical issues. It's nice to find a company that is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely a nice guy and I will be using him again in the future.

The Go-To Crew Electric provided amazing customer service to us. I called for their help and they happened to already be in our neighborhood at the time. They came about 10 minutes after my call and saved us from our AC being turned off. Highly recommend them!

We lost all power to our home on a Sunday and because Jeff is our neighbor, we walked down to his house and asked if he could take a look. He came right down and looked and said we needed a new panel. He was able to get us in on Monday. Cory was very professional and thorough and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
