Called at 830pm expecting to leave message and he answered. Told him about water line leaking under house and I had shut it off, hoping he could come next day.he said send him some pictures and ended up coming about 30 minutes after that and fixed problem and showed me what caused it. Will definitely recommend him to others.

Mike Inman was very professional and took on a very challenging job in installing insulation on water pipes in a very confined crawl space, discovering and repairing a leak in the pipe, replacing an antique sink drain and trap and rotated a toilet 90 degrees. In addition he agreed to install lattice to enclose the crawl space around the house and hired a helper to assist. The lattice installation was beautiful!!!

Fast and efficient. Freedom Plumbing installed a new water heater in a tough to fit space. Knew the up-to-date codes and installed a proper drain. Highly recommended.

Michael was the only plumber in Colonial Beach that would even bother to come out. He began by insulating all the exposed pipes under the house . Only someone Michael’s size could possibly fit in some of the narrow spaces. He noticed that one of the pipes under the house was leaking and repaired it. He then removed and reset the toilet that was in a bad position for tall guests. He then fixed a very challenging sink trap and a leaking sink drain on a 100 year old sink. He was able and willing to order parts for both jobs. He was very careful not to break are cherished old sink.
Michael also did some non plumbing work which he did more as a favor since these things were required by our new insurance company and we were under a hard deadline. He managed to get everything done despite having not much time to accomplish the job.
I know all the old time plumbers in the Beach and frankly they are expensive and unresponsive.

Shout out to Freedom Plumbing for offering to rearrange their schedule during our recent plumbing emergency. Our regular plumber was being evasive about when he could come out for an emergency visit so I called Freedom. They were willing to drop everything and send someone over right away. Unfortunately I had to cancel with them as my regular plumber showed up but I won’t forget how willing they were to drop everything to help a frantic lady!

My septic alarm went off and I needed someone to respond right away. I was so thankful Mike came out within two hours and diagnosed the problem. He also discovered we had a safety hazard with an internal junction box. Parts were ordered, my repairs were completed super quick, and the pump was brought back up to code. I would definitely use their services again!

Mike got me hooked up to the county sewer very quickly when the old septic system failed. The price was fair and the job was done right and quickly. I’m thankful he was able to take care of it as fast and professionally as he did.
