Andrew the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it.

Today was our first time receiving service from Appliance King. The young repairmans were polite, knowledgeable and prompt. My Maytag Neptune was repaired and tested before they departed. They deserve 5 stars.

Technician was excellent and honest. Provided guidance so that I could save money on the needed repair. I’m thrilled to finally have an appliance repair company that I can trust.

Great experience! Our fridge broke on a Friday night, and most services don't even return calls until Monday. I texted the Appliance King number, got a response, texted some more details and photos and set up the visit, all via text. Andrew was at our house the next morning and the fridge was back up and running in less than an hour. Price was very fair as well.

Appliance King is AWESOME! Not only did Andrew and Tim fix our in house refrigerator, they also diagnosed a quick and cheap fix for our garage refrigerator(ice maker) which we had been told previously could not be fixed. It is wonderful to experience excellent customer service and repair work. Tim did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it. I will never call anyone else. Lifetime customer!

I cannot say enough great things about Appliance King. Andrew is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable! He diagnosis and repairs accurately and quickly. Appliance King is truly one of the best companies I've worked with in any field! I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Andrew was our technician for our wall oven. He was kind, respectful and friendly. He explained what he would be doing and what repairs would need to be done.

Can not reach by phone

Canceled my appointment and said my son was banging on his truck because I asked him to knock on his door to ask him when was he coming in because I stepped away from worked to talk with him and he was very rude and the office manager was as well

We live 19 minutes from them and they refused to come to our house which is in a safe area. I wonder about the wisdom of that business model.

Had to wait a week just to have someone text us with repeated instructions from a prior service call and eventually cancel our work order.

Update:
After having a technician come out again the dryer started heating up. Since it was working he left because there was nothing to fix. Now the dryer is broken again. We paid over $100 for parts and labor and have had a technician come out multiple times to check the work…we have been trying to schedule another visit or get advice but they are no longer returning our messages.

Look elsewhere.

I received three forms of communication stating that Appliance King will be to my house Monday, July 25 between the hours 9am -1pm. I received a text message, an email, I even talk to someone on the phone prior to the date of service. July 25 at 12:30 no one has reached out or showed up so I called and was informed that the technician should be calling me soon so at 1:15 when no one had showed or send any communication that they were running behind I called appliance king the receptionist tells me that Andrew who is the technician said that our house was too far for him to drive. (What!) Perturbed is not even the word that could express how angry I was/am from staying home from work waiting for someone who did not show and states that my house was too far for them to drive to. He made no attempt to reach out and say anything to me that day, I called to find out what their estimated arrival time would be. This is the worst customer service I have ever received I would not refer anyone to appliance king. No respect for customers or maybe just a certain group. Not sure what it is but this is terrible service or no service!

Andrew came by two times to review our microwave/convection oven concerns, and then simply didn't come back and would not return phone calls. Very unprofessional.

The response below is not accurate. One appointment was missed due to a medical event, and then Andrew was to return with a part and repair our oven. He did not and he will not return my call.
