Jason was prompt, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain what our system needed! We asked for a quote on something totally different last minute and he was able to accommodate that while he was at our home. Great pricing and left us with a much better impression than other ‘home town’ HVAC companies in the area. I would 100% recommend Incredible HVAC!

I was very impressed with Incredible HVAC from the time I made the appointment to the moment my tech came. Pam was ver pleasant and personable in setting up my appointment. Jason my tech was awesome! He gave me some valuable and helpful information with keeping my system running efficiently. Zach later came to do some additional work and he too was just as friendly and engaging as Jason. This company is definitely the definition of quality customer service.

Our experience with Incredible HVAC was, well, incredible! Michael, who inspected our unit, thoroughly explained our options on getting the unit either repaired or replaced and we didn't feel pressured to pursue either avenue. He simply provided us with the potential pros and cons of repair, and a detailed estimate of replacement (with options). We were also able to reach out to him for further clarification. Keith and Malcom, the technicians, were phenomenal, as well. We have never felt so knowledgeable about HVAC systems, as every step of the process was explained in a manner that was easy to comprehend and we were regularly provided with updates regarding progress. Keith even found things that needed to be addressed that we were totally unaware of. We were able to get these issues addressed while they were already here at the house instead of having to schedule another service call. The service with all 3 (Michael, Keith, and Malcom) was simply remarkable and we would highly recommend this company.

Top notch service! My tech, Zachary, started troubleshooting with the easiest and less expensive issues first and worked his way to the more complicated options. He eventually found the issue, submitted the warranty for it and fixed it same day!
Just had another service with Incredible HVAC and my technician Jason was amazing. He got started quickly upon arrival. He asked me a serious of questions and was able to pinpoint the issue as soon as he heard my answers. Jason was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes and provided me with some extra helpful maintenance tips to keep my units clean and running smoothly.

So far, so good. Michael came out and looked at my unit. He walked me through the process a couple times because at some point when you're talking about a lot of money...your brain stops working.

He made sure to answer all of my questions and even took my call again when I needed a little more help.

The office called and was able to put me on the schedule a week earlier than I expected, and they were nothing but nice.

The unit gets installed in a week and I will update my review if I need to, but honestly...great service.

Michael was absolutely fantastic. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and took great care while in our home. We just completed a total renovation in our home and Michael was careful not to track anything on our new stair runner or hardwood flooring. I am very excited to have Incredible HVAC as our new service.

Jason did an excellent job troubleshooting HVAC system that would not run. It had a fault on the system and it was low on freon. He cleared the fault, checked the system for leaks then added freon. I really appreciate Jason explaing what he was doing as he made the repairs. Will definitely use Incredible again.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Incredible HVAC LLC. From the moment my call was answered by Lisa, to techs Jason and Malcolm who came to service my home, they were exceptional. All of my questions were answered, I was educated, and I felt like I was a part of their team as I was taught by the techs through each step of their troubleshooting process. They surely have a passion for what they do, and good help is hard to find. I will surely be a loyal customer going forward.

So far, Jason and the staff at Incredible HVAC LLC have provided great service and communication during this cold snap. Had an emergency issue and they quickly responded and was able to take care of the problem.

I saw a post on Nextdoor about hvac unit tuneups. I had not had my unit looked at since purchasing my home a few years ago, so I called to make an appointment. Everyone I spoke to and saw in person were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The technician that came to my home inspected everything and even changed the filters I had recently purchased. He gave me recommendations and offered a couple of services, but there was no pressure to purchase. I will consider what was recommended. I would use this company again.

Micheal worked on a heat pump replacement at another home years ago for me and impressed me so much. His business was in the beginning stages and i was so grateful that he had grown his business as a young entrepreneur. I called Incredible HVAC hoping they would come after a lightening strike/power surge with my heat pump/air handler. I was so greatfull as I now live quite a distance from their area. They happily and quickly arrived. Jason assessed the situation and attempted several times to fix but there were problems that even the manufacturer was confounded by. Jason was amazing, clean, efficient, extremely personable and informative. Micheal helped with addressing the problem and dealing with the insurance issues. He is one of the most impressive young business owners I have ever dealt with. The crew came and efficiently replaced and repaired everything necessary. Everyone, including Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone several times, has been a dream to work with. I wouldn't use any other HVAC company. They are incredible, it says it right in the name!! Knowledgeable, polite, informative and leave everything clean when they left. I could not be happier and thank you guys for coming all the way out here to keep me as a loyal and forever customer!!

ALWAYS answer their calls within 24 hours and send repairman out quickly! Even at peak times...hot summer days, or very cold winter days! They show up on time and are very friendly and polite. I felt comfortable letting Philip come in, even though I was here alone. A+ service and yes...they ARE INCREDIBLE!!!

Again an awesome experience with Incredible HVAC. The technician (Robert Lott) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly checked my system out and gave my Bosch heat pump a clean bill of health. He showed all the pictures of his findings and explained them all. I will always call on Incredible for my HVAC needs!

Phillip Sebera was very professional and informative on his service. In and out in about an hour which was fantastic! Also, gave some great recommendations on how to keep our unit running proficient annually! Would definitely have a beer with him! Great guy!

Great company to work with. HVAC crew is always very polite and sensitive to my systems issues. Completed work ahead of schedule. Arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up and explained the entire process along with photos of the entire job underneath my house. I recommend Incredible HVAC for HVAC system needs.
