Fixed my GE Profile washer with ease. They came out in the same day on a Friday evening to diagnose the issue and then fixed the machine three days later. It would’ve been fixed the very next day but the parts store just changed their Saturday hours to be closed on that day, so we had to wait until Monday. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend them.

Masih did a fantastic job with fixing my dryer AND I asked him on the spot if he could do a couple additional things for it and the washer, and he gave me a reasonable price to add those. I'm a first-time homeowner, so I was figuring this all out for the first time as I was going through Google and AI to learn what I needed to do, and he kindly helped me understand even better how different things worked. He did great work. Was very thankful he was able to show up in less than 24 hr. and to take the extra time to hire him to fix more things. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish! Communicative technicians. Once my replacement fridge parts were delivered the technicians came the next day to install. The installation was speedy but thorough. The technician advised on how to prevent the problem from happening again and what is needed to take better care of the fridge. I will definitely be using TOLO again for future appliance repairs.

Very quick and efficient. The service was amazing and friendly . We needed our washing machine fixed right away even though part had to be ordered, the service was completed within two days time.
