My ice-maker stopped working in my 3 yr old Bosch refrigerator/freezer so I called AAPRO Appliance. To my surprise, they came out the same day!! The service tech was professional, efficient, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. I’m thrilled to have ice again. I highly recommend AAPRO Appliance for any appliance needs—they are fast, reliable, and great at what they do.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this appliance repair company. The technician arrived quickly, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our refrigerator that two previous technicians had not been able to fix.

I determined that my refrigerator had stopped functioning and phoned APPRO, which had fixed a problem with my oven igniter last year. A human, not bot, answered the phone, asked for my e-mail and the product number for the fridge and estimated that a technician would be at my house within two and a half hours.

The tech arrived in one hour, quickly determined that the fridge’s compressor was not working and said he could have a tech in to replace it by no later than 11:00 the next morning. He accepted a $200 deposit.

The tech, Gaffar, arrived at 10:30, went right to work, determined there was also a line-clog problem, which he addressed. He completed the entire repair within three hours, and the fridge’s compressor, even the freezer compartment, began working immediately and were up to full function by the next morning.

Gaffar indicted that his repair had probably also brought the icemaker back into functionality, although that issue was not part of the repair contract. It has, in fact, been producing some ice, although I’m not sure whether it’s back to full functionality. That will take a few days to determine.

Otherwise, the repair was rapid enough to save the produce stored in the fridge and freezer, and for that—the fast response and the rapid, capable repair—I am grateful, and content with the total $1,100 parts/labor cost.

Depending on whether the icemaker recovers fully, I may have them back with a separate repair request for that matter.

I had a great experience with APPRO Appliance Repair. I called early in the morning on a Saturday and was able to get a same-day appointment. The technician arrived on time. He diagnosed several problems with my dryer and explained them to me clearly. He had all the replacement parts and was able to complete the repair promptly. He was professional and polite. Most importantly, he explained to me the importance of cleaning the vent that was blocked with lint. He showed me exactly what to buy so that I could perform the cleaning myself. No other repair company has been so thorough. The repair fee was quite reasonable considering the amount of time spent on the job and the quality of the service.

The appliance technician that came from APPRO Appliance was professional, explained the issue with my washing machine and gave good advice. I'm happy I called them. I literally googled "appliance repair " and picked one with good reviews. I had no idea where to start. Such a relief to have a good, solid company come. He told me my washer had really come to end of life but to keep the dryer. It's a stackable system in a closet of my condo. He measured the washer and told me what to look for. He did give an estimate on how much it would be to repair my current washer but it would be about the same as buying a new one. I really love how he said my dryer is the type they don't make anymore. Don't throw it out, it's solid and has many more years of use. He was an honest guy and I really appreciate it. Thank you.
