Rustam was super responsive, very communicative, upfront on pricing and most importantly, he fixed my fridge! I will totally use him again for any appliance repair.

I can’t say enough about Rustam. Not only did he come out on the same day, within a few short hours, but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and service driven. He solved the issue in 45 minutes, educated us through the process, and even showed us where the actual GE technician had faulty workmanship and charged us for a part that was not broken to begin with. We are so disappointed in GE but so grateful for Rustam. He was exactly who we needed at exactly the right time. It’s so hard to find an honest technician, as we saw with GE, and Rustam was the epitome of transparent professionalism.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Same Day for various appliance repairs; if I could give them more than five stars, I would. Rustam provides superior service, value, and pricing. Every appliance he has repaired and restored turns out working like a brand new machine. I cannot recommend this company enough for any appliance repair needs.

Rustam is amazing. He came the day I called and checked our stove. He had to order a part but called when it was in and came at 6:30 pm that day and fixed it so we could use our stove! He’s amazing! Will use him again!

I was hesitant when I initially called Same Day Appliance as I just randomly chose them from the internet. To say luck was on my side that day is an understatement! Same Day Appliance gave me an estimated time they would arrive and they kept me posted via call and text as they got close! They arrived on time and efficiently made their way to my condo and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. Rustam had the part he needed to fix the dryer which he did quickly and efficiently! Rustam has fixed my refrigerator within couple hours, he responded to my request within minutes and showed up on time on the same day and fixed the thermostat. I am happy with the service and the price was good too

Top notch repair and service!
Rustam came and fixed our LG dryer. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then did excellent work. In addition, he cleaned out the dryer and vent so that it was good as new. Best experience!

My washing machine had a clog in the detergent dispenser and started mini flooding disaster. I chanced upon Rustam’s service and decided to call around 5:40pm to see if he would be able to stop by the same evening. Surprisingly he did and arrived within 15min. He also got the issue resolved pretty quickly. Friendly and efficient!

Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling on a Friday afternoon and we were about to have a house full of visitors. I reached out to Same Day Appliance Repair on Thumbtack and instantly received a call from them. Rustam arrived a few hours later, identified the issue (broken fan), ordered the part, and returned a couple days later to install after the part had arrived. He made a stressful situation manageable! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone with appliance repair needs.

Awesome work! Had two ovens that needed to be prepared. Both old and one was commercial. He was able to diagnose them and fix one of them on the spot. The other one required more specific parts that would need to be special ordered. He knows everything about appliances! I also have a 50 year old fridge and when I asked about maintenance for it he was able to clean the compressors on the spot for me.

Will be reaching out soon to get my range fixed. Hard to find someone that can do it all (I have a mix of old and new appliances), but Rustam can! I ask a lot of questions, and he was able to answer with the precision of an engineer; he knows how these appliances work intuitively. Prices are fair and appropriate with the market. Also he is quick to respond, and he was quick to get to my house. He will be my go to appliance guy.

I called Mr. Rustam about a leaking refrigerator, and he was here 2 hours later. He was courteous, efficient, and effective - found multiple things wrong that I hadn't thought of, fixed them all and told me what the issues were as he was doing it. Would highly recommend him, and will be keeping his number in case any other appliances decide to go on the fritz.
