All reviews for ALL CLEAR, LLC

The owner has provided me multiple services including lawn care, pressure washing, and junk removal. Services have always been reasonably priced and professional. I especially like the attention to detail in every job. Choose All Clear and you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, ALL CLEAR, LLC is limited to 5 stars; however, they are worthy of quadruple that amount. This is a first-rate, unmatched company not limited to removal, but also to restructuring so that storage spaces are created. I have been an unwavering client of ALL CLEAR, LLC for more than a year. Their expertise in removing unwanted items is professional, prompt, clean AND economically priced. ALL CLEAR, LLC has now become my choice for estate-cleaning!
I recommend them, without reservation, above the 1-800 services in all categories of refuse removal, many of which I have formally used. They have proven to be second to none!!

We work with All Clear LLC regularly for our lawn care and are thrilled with their services. The team is professional, punctual, and dedicated to making our yard look it’s best as they continue to go above and beyond every time they come out. The owner is very easy to work with and I recommend them to anybody looking for yard care services!

Carlos did a fantastic job getting rid of all the junk from our storage, tool shed and garage. Very reasonable price and no fuss. Great attitude and workmanship. I would recommend Carlos and team any day, hands down! Thank you, Carlos!!

I contacted ALL CLEAR on short notice after the snow removal company we normally use had to cancel. Carlos arrived a short time later and did an OUTSTANDING job clearing the property! He even cleared a path to the backyard for easier access in bringing the trash cans around. Not only do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, but All Clear will now be our go-to service for future snow removal!

They did a great job. My husband called for a quote and they were able to provide a quote and do the job the same day. The price was very reasonable and they were quick and thorough.

Did extensive research on patio restoration specialists in my area, as we had a backyard overrun with weeds coming through the cracks of our stone pavers. Was impressed right away with the professionalism and knowledge of Carlos on how to tackle the problem and steps to take for remedial maintenance. He gave us a very good quote for the work involved, and he and his crew knocked out the job in half a day, and the results were amazing, a night and day difference in how our backyard used to look vs how it looks now. All Clear has made the short list of my go-to contractors in the area who I would rely on for the best work at a great price with customer satisfaction in mind.

Carlos was a very informative and experienced representative. He personally performed the project and did a beautiful job. I will recommend All Clear to all of my family and friends.

Driveway snow removal. Fast efficient and great price. I will call All Clear again hands down.

Carlos at All Clear is very dependable and does great work! Highly recommended his services.

Had the pleasure of meeting Carlos today. A friend of mine referred him to me. Needed some things hauled away that have been sitting in plain sight for nearly a year. Carlos was fast and friendly and easy to schedule. I’ve since sent his card to several neighbors and I’ll be using him again soon for landscaping and gutter work. Recommends these guys highly.

Giancarlo and his team were very professional and very easy to work with. We are pleased with the work and would hire the tram again!

Carlos is amazing, responsive, punctual, and phenomenal on getting the job done.
If you are looking to do anything exterior and Carlos is the person to contact. Definitely will contact ALL CLEAR for all our exterior jobs. And their fixed cost junk removal is worth mentioning.

Carlos and his team did a terrific job with pressure washing our entire house. They were extremely professional, honest, quick, and thorough. Looking forward to working with them again for any number of jobs!

All Clear, LLC is a top tier service provider. They can provide everything you could imagine in a customer service experience from their professionalism, timeliness, and high quality of service.

Carlos met me where I was, which was a very vulnerable place. A lot to do to clear out my family home and I had no idea where to start. He was responsive and prompt in coordinating a walk through with a quote and provided an appointment for service in real-time.

Carlos and his team exceeded my expectations for quality of work and turn around time for project completion.

I am currently exploring additional services All Clear, LLC provides because I trust them. They earned my respect and gratitude. I look forward to continuing to work with them on future projects. Also, I have and will continue to recommend them as a service provider for junk removal, landscaping, and exterior him care.

All Clear, LLC is a hidden gem in the DMV. I encourage you to give them a shot and you will have a provider for a lifetime.

Thank you, Carlos and team!!!

All Clear LLC, has made my life a lot easier, and I am so grateful for their service. Their website is very user friendly, and the response time is impeccable. I requested a junk removal service, and Carlos responded. I told him that this request is time sensitive, and he worked with me. He met my time frame, and removed all my junk in a timely manner, and his work was very neat. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will continue to use All Clear LLC for all my future junk removal. The best part is their service is very affordable.
Thank you Carlos for everything!

These guys are nice, honest, and super hard-working. They are pros too. I’ve had my deck cleaned several times and this is the first time it looked brand new. My house took much longer than I think they expected because they had an equipment issue, and the growth on my chimney was a lot worse than it seemed. No complaints, they were here all day in the heat and even removed a whole bunch of my junk when they left and pulled a lilac tree Even though they didn’t have to. And they do just about everything which you can sort of purchase in bulk To get a great deal: Gutter, cleaning, roof, cleaning, junk removal, and even landscaping. It seems to me like a very competitive And innovative business model. You can tell I was very impressed.

Great service. Responsive and personable with clear communication. Documented before and after well. Would definitely recommend for gutter cleaning and leaf removal services.

I recently had my property power washed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to detail. They took the time to cover delicate areas and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly—my driveway, back door stairs look brand new. What really stood out was their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. They walked me through the job after it was done to make sure I was happy with everything. If you’re looking for a reliable and top-notch power wash service, this is the one to go with. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I love All Clear. I found them on Thumb Tack 2 years ago and used them multiple times since. They have completed jobs in my home and my corporate office. I have a 3 story townhome with a number of stairs and they have been able to navigate stairs carrying heavy furniture pieces with no damage to my home -- they delivered to every level of my home. Also, they are very flexible and extremely responsive. They are my go-to for furniture pick up/delivery -- no job too small or large and they are very affordable -- they have hourly and flat rates! Highly recommend! Once you are a customer, they send reminders/alerts for their services such as junk removal and furniture assembly. Carlos, the owner, is great with time management and provides superb customer service! I can't say enough about All Clear. Love, love love!

These guys were absolutely brilliant. Came so well prepared, worked hard and went the extra mile when I needed help the most. Couldn’t recommend Carlos enough - so if you’re moving home look no further!
