Five stars to Paul DeBoeck at North American Geo Thermal for taking the time to answer my many, many questions on the phone and by e-mail to help me determine whether geothermal was right for me under my particular circumstances. Paul was always super responsive and detailed in his replies. His price quote was comprehensive - no small detail was left out.Throughout my weeks of research and indecisiveness Paul followed up with me at very few and reasonable intervals - never hovering or using high-pressure tactics. In the end I went with an alternate HVAC solution that best matched my needs, but had I chosen geothermal, North American Geo Thermal would have been my number one choice. Paul, thanks for your courtesy and professionalism!

Thanks north American Geo! I did an extensive renovation and thought rank incompetence was status quo for everything. North American geo were the only PROFESSIONALS i dealt with on a very long list. Not to mention the system is flawless and I couldn't be happier with heat and a/c at minimal energy costs!!! Highly recommend

Richard and his team at North American Geothermal are a top rate outfit whom I have recommended to my neighbors. They are the only group who have put together the entire process of converting a home to geothermal heating and cooling that I would trust to perform that task.

Overall very happy with North American GeoThermal. I acquired a home with a very extensive GeoThermal HVAC and hydronics system. The prior owners likely deferred maintenance or had sub-optimal maintenance on the units (they had used a different maintenance service than North American Geothermal); leaving the complex system in an unreliable state.

I was recommended North American Geothermal; and they were able to quickly address an urgent loss of cooling during the summer; and then trouble shoot a number of other minor issues over the following year. Ultimately; they rectified a number of "short cuts" that prior techs had taken (I spent hours with the techs to try to learn more about the system, and can attest to their competence for these complex machines).

Overall very happy with their service.

We absolutely love our geothermal system and highly recommend North American Geothermal to anyone looking to make the switch.

If you have (or are considering) a geothermal system, I highly recommend North American GeoThermal! When I first bought my home with a geothermal, I called around everyone in the Northern Virginia area and no other companies compare to North American Geothermal's professionalism, prices, and expertise.

Fast forward a few months and the heat of my newly purchased house went out in the middle of winter. I called North American GeoThermal and they sent Abigail, one of their technicians first thing the very next Morning. She was great! Abigail took the time to update me throughout her assessment of my system and made sure to answer all of my questions. The internal furnace was at the end of it's life and it was time to replace it. I got a call from the owner, Richard, that evening where he must've spent at least an hour on the phone with me explaining how GeoThermal systems work, what my options were in terms of replacement systems and providing me with all the information needed to make the best choice for my home.

Brandon and his team did a great job installing the new system. They were very thorough, on time and professional. Love my new geothermal system!

North American GeoThermal recently installed two geothermal units in our family's home, and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company for geothermal installation and service because they focus 100% on geothermal technology. They gave us an excellent deal, showed great attention to detail and completed the installation on schedule.

What an amazingly pleasant experience it is to deal with NA GeoThermal! They responded to my request for service on a Sunday and would have come the next day. Curtis and Alex truly know what they are doing. My three air conditioning issues were all resolved efficiently and everything is working great in this scorching weather. After trying four different companies for my geothermal needs over the 14 years I have been in this house, NA GeoThermal have proven to be the only ones who can make everything work beautifully. Plus, dealing with the office as well as the technicians is a joy!
