I've done several projects with this company, from bathroom remodeling to simple inspections. They are consistently professional, friendly, respectful, and efficient. Their staff is passionate about their work, and they are truly craftsmen.

I called Steinhorst in the morning. They were there by the afternoon. They fixed the problem. They also informed me of another problem related to my older plumbing, which they were also able to fix quickly. David from Steinhorst was great and knowledgeable.

I reached out to my home warranty company and to my major disappointment I found that a lot of things was not covered; in one of my rental units in Annandale. It left me in an extremely frustrating and vulnerable place. However, I was put at a little bit more at ease working with Shelby and Kim to find alternative options to remedy the issues in the house. As a result, I have cancelled my home warranty and I will only move forward with directly having Steinhorst to fix the plumbing needs for my tenants.

I recently used this company for a roof leak for 15+ years old house. They came on scheduled time and did the repair. With old roofs they could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars or suggest a full roof replacement.

Rather, they not only fixed it for a very low price but also suggested that we don't need to replace it for another few years.

I'll now use them for my entire household repairs and maintenance.

Very happy with the services! David the plumber worked very hard for 2 days with our antique plumbing system, as well as Tobin their heating expert with our antique baseboard heating furnace got it working safely and working on finding parts to put the furnace back up to original specs.

My house has very old with somewhat complicated plumbing and electrical systems. I needed some work done and called and spoke with Kim, who graciously set up an appointment for the estimate, Once I had the estimate in hand, she quickly handled the scheduling for the work. I was contacted just before the plumbers were supposed to arrive, and they showed up almost immediately. It was an extensive job, and they completed phase one on time. Phase 2 had to be done a few days later, and again, I was notified in advance of the workers's arrival. The plumbers and electricians finished everything up. I spoke with Kim about payment and we took care of that quickly.
Will use them again when the need arises.

Used plumbing services and was surprised by the expertise of Ed and his team in their persistence to clean a clogged pipe that had been previously diagnosed to need digging up the floor for replacement. Also, had a sink basin replaced that meant granite top needed to removed. Ed was able to do so without breakage. I am very pleased with work from Steinhorst!

So helpful and professional. I called Steinhorst this morning with a plumbing emergency after the first plumber that I called said that he did not fix/work on the type of shower problem that I had. At nine months pregnant, dealing with house plumbing problems was not what I wanted to do right now. Luckily, Steinhorst came out very quickly-first to shut off our main water, and then as soon as they were available after finishing another job, Thomas and Michael came to the rescue. They not only fixed my shower but also made the main shut off much more accessible. They will be coming out again soon to make further improvements to our shower. So glad that I called Steinhorst. Thank you!!

We had both a plumber and a drywall specialist come out. Terrance was thorough, knowledgeable and professional when diagnosing and fixing the plumbing issue. Jose did a fabulous job with the wall patching work. Both were very pleasant, thoughtful and happy to explain what they were doing. Would definitely ask for both gentlemen again if need arises!

I am happy I tasked the technicians at Steinhorst to help wit the water heater situation that had been an emergency situation. They were quick to respond, dealt with the flooding and installed the appropriate water heater within a short period of time. The service technicians are professional and courteous while they performed quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing/ HVAC and remodeling work.

Steinhorst customer service from the initial phone call, to coordination, to on site installation of my dead water heater was 5+ stars! They were early professional and communicative from the beginning. My plumber was a work horse, moving the water heater out of the house, keeping all my floor finishes protected. He was cordial and did his job with a smile. They've gained a customer for LIFE!

After 3 attempts to find a plumber who would work with a warranty company, Steinhorst Plumbing was recommended. Their staff was professional, understanding and committed to doing the work. The plumber assigned, Nick was was all of that and more. Nick completed the work in an expedited, friendly manner and advanced my understanding of plumbing. He didn't mind my questions. A quality employee! Great work!

I was just going to call to tell you how fantastic Mr Le is but decided to write about the quality value and responsiveness of your company. And Kim was wonderful too. She is the first line of defense answering calls and communicating well. Mr. Le was right on time. He knew precisely what he was doing replacing a 30 year old oil water burner. After calling 6 plumbing companies only Steinhorst plumbing knew what to do with an oil water heater. Mr Le had the requisite skills to remove and replace. Mr. Le knew what to do from start to finish with work ethic and dedication treating our home like it was his own.
His plumbing knowledge, technical expertise and attention to details goes unmatched. Thank you for sending him. He is clearly worth recognizing!

Steinhorst Plumbing, Kim, and the plumber Lee were exceptional in installing our hot water heaters. Kim very patiently got our hot water heaters approved by my warranty company. I paid for a cost estimate that was "out of this world" and I had to call several times and never received a written estimate.

Definitely would not recommend this company simply on their customer service alone. They are not reasonable to work with and if the front desk staff feels you aren't worthy of working with they will cancel your call completely. hire them if you want to be completely disappointed and if you want to have to wait 5 hours for a service call for them to come in the last 10 minutes.
