During a summer storm in 2022 we had a large tree fall on the house and penetrate the roof. Renewal Homes quickly and thoroughly repaired the roof, repaired and painted interior drywall water damage and replaced the lost sodden insulation. The roof has noot leaked since the repair. Great value for the cost.

RENEWALHomes created a beautiful kitchen-entertainment space by combining two rooms, requiring removal of an exterior load-bearing wall, placing a steel support beam, resurfacing existing cabinetry and countertops, while adding new cabinets, a new large island, and hardwood flooring throughout. Gene was receptive to suggestions for custom designs; very dedicated to fulfilling your vision and contributing many good ideas such as the latest advancements in LED lighting throughout. For our kitchen remodel he took the time to have a meticulous design before breaking ground, allowing for a smooth process once we got to demo and construction.
