We sought a local firm to help us repair and enhance our rental property that needed a lot of love. They worked with us to solve immediate problems and provided several recommendations to increase curb appeal. They provided a complete renovation of a bathroom including extensive plumbing, upgraded all the electrical wiring, added two doors (including a large sliding door), installed exterior fencing, and performed front and back yard landscaping. The work was done ahead of schedule and on budget. We received detailed quotes and invoices for all work completed, and the company was very responsive to our needs and the needs of our property. We look forward to doing business with them on larger renovations because we know they'll be attentive, professional, and thorough.

HP Design & Build was fantastic. Josh and the multiple work crews were professional, responsive, highly skilled, friendly, diligent, careful, quick, and exact. In September and October 2020, HP remodeled our dilapidated portico, painted our home’s entire exterior, and performed various other repairs and touch-ups inside and outside our home, including to our detached garage. We were on a tight timeframe because we were looking to list the home for sale before November. The crew started within about a week of the consultation and they were finished within a few short weeks. Pricing was also very reasonable. Thanks in part to how great our home looked during and after the renovations, we were able to sell our beautiful, upgraded home off-market within just a few weeks. We’re grateful for HP’s work, professionalism, and friendliness!

HP Design and Build conducted a complete remodeling of our Arlington Townhouse. They won the project because the owners provided insightful and knowledgeable comments during the pre-proposal visit and their proposal was cost competitive. HP D&B’s execution of the project confirmed that we made an excellent choice in selecting them. They have extensive experience with the new materials on the market (e.g., flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, fixtures, etc.) and provided valuable guidance during materials selection. It was apparent that the owners are passionate about their work and take great pride in their projects. Our project was completed on time and we are very happy with the results. We whole-heartedly recommend HP D&B for any remodeling and construction projects.
