I needed my air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent line cleaned. I called Argent and they came out and did a great job. My technician, Cameron Colt, kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. He was very professional and polite. Thanks Cameron and Argent for making this painless and pleasant. I’ll be using your other services as issues arise.

Argent installed my Heat Pump and indoor unit back in 2008. I keep it under contract with them so i recieve a service 2 x annually, You want to protect your investment. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. I like the fact that in all these years i have only had like 3 technicians. I usually get the same technician each time for several years at a time. To me this is sort of un heard of. I have gotten to know the guys which is nice. The Customer service for me has always been great, communication is decent and they work with my self employed schedule and let me have a smaller window of time to expect them.

We were very happy with Argent's service. They were able to get us a next-day appointment for a broken air conditioner on a hot summer day. Wilfredo was on time and very professional and friendly. He had our machine up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Argent for your hvac needs. Alex was an excellent technician who was very thorough and knowledgeable as was Tamika who was great with the installation during the second visit. Their office staff and management were helpful and friendly.

Argent Heating & Cooling, you guys are the best. The most honest and reliable company we have ever worked with. We had some issue with water heater and hence no hot water. We called some plumbers asking if anyone can come out to see the issue. One company came and gave us a price of 1.5k to 7k range from fixing to replacing. Note: we never had any issues with the water heater and this was the first time.
We have used Argent in the past for AC work. We called them asking if they provide service on water heater issue. They said yes, and sent technician immediately. The guy came did a minor fix and we got the hot water. Also mentioned if it happens again, they will come and fix it. Yesterday we had the issue again, we called Argent. As promised, they came replaced the heating element. Argent heating and cooling, you guys are the best!! Big shoutout to Mike, Rachel, Alex and the whole company!!

Thank you Argent Heating for excellent and responsive service when our air conditioning unit was not functioning. Alex, The service Pro , was competent and efficient. He had the supplies and parts needed to complete the job in his truck. No return visits or long waits for parts were needed. My husband and I were very satisfied.

I had an excellent visit with Joe, Argent's technician. My old stove had several issues that were quickly diagnosed. but I decided to purchase a new stove. Joe was very informative, very courteous and professional. I have used Argent in the past for repairs to my appliances and I strongly recommend their services.

Matias and Michelle did a great job making repairs that Matias had identified the need for on an earlier seasonal inspection. They worked quickly and were careful to leave the space clean.

I was impressed with the communication from the company concerning my appointment time. My technician was polite and answered all my questions. I appreciated his honesty about the cost of repair vs buying a new washing machine and we had a good discussion about brands. I would highly recommend to others.

Tamika - the Argent technician was very thorough, took many pictures of our system, and explained in detail what were the problems.

We have been long term customers of Argent Heating and Cooling. Today, we had no heat on a somewhat chilly spring day. We were able to get techs Melo and Santiago here within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem, repaired and replaced the bad valve, and suggested remedies to prevent further issues. We recommend this duo, as well as our normal tech, William. Shout out to Jessica for her prompt response this morning!

They replaced our system, went over all our options and gave us a solution that fit our budget. Work was completed quickly and cleanly, the installers were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them!

Contacted Rachel and her team to see if they could help a client with a leaking hot water heater, being an HVAC company I had no idea if this was something they did, to my surprise it was absolutely something they could help with! They sent a technician out the next day to help identify the issue and noted a new tank would be required. They identified the best product for replacement and ordered it same day and came back a few days later to install. Not only were they responsive but their whole team was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I called Argent when needing help with my AC (the VA weather has been an emotional roller coaster)! I spoke with one of the wonderful ladies in the office and then received a call from their sales guy, Ron, to come on out and look at my system. Ron was amazing and gave me a quote I could not resist (cheaper than other companies with better efficiency.). Ron then scheduled his guys to come on out and Keith and his team did great. My AC has had no issues and any questions I have are answered in a timely manner. The service techs are knowledgeable and are some of the kindest young people I’ve ever come in contact with.

I would highly recommend Argent for all your AC/Heating needs. The team will take care of you from start to finish! Whatever you may not understand regarding your system can be answered by the team!

A technician was sent to my house to take a look at my spa and they charged me no minimum fee to come out and assess the work. And gave me a reasonable estimate.
