We have reached out to Ali Agcayazi on multiple occasions to help with big ticket home appliance installation including a 100+ year old radiator relocation, boiler replacement, ductless mini split unit installation, water tank replacement. Mr. Ali, the owner of the business, is truly a professional at everything he does. He installed our AC pretty quickly and saved us a huge amount of time. Great quality and affordable prices! I had lost heat during the major snow storm blowing the fuse on the unit at night. I called around and every other contractor said they couldn't come untill the next day or couldnt make it if the roads were not plowed. Ali literally drove his car as close as he could to the house and walked to our home through the snow and fixed the issue. He helped me install the thermostat and made sure everything was working before heading out. He literally saved our family in an emergency and I am forever grateful to him.

Mr. Agcayazi is an absolute lifesaver! I can't believe how he helped us just before the storm hit. Our HVAC system stopped heating up our house when we woke up in the morning. We started calling HVAC repair companies, but one from a big company came to check the system and informed us that it was too old. They quoted us $3,000 for repair and even suggested replacing the entire system for $19,000 ($17,000 if we paid cash).

Fortunately, a friend recommended Mr. Agcayazi. He arrived at our house at 5 p.m. on a Saturday and, within an hour, he discovered a loose wire in the system. He quickly connected it back, and voila! Our HVAC system was working again. He only charged me the normal service fee for his work. I'm currently writing this from my warm and cozy home, and I can't thank Mr. Agcayazi enough for his exceptional service. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC repair. He's a true professional and a lifesaver!
