All reviews for Creative Contractors

Nate and crew came in and replaced roof and when they were done the only evidence that they'd been here was the new roof. They bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy and not disturbed more then it took to do the job. Great company , excellent work ethics. Thank you.

I needed a quote immediately for a roof replacement that should have been done last year. The other guys I talked to said it would be 22 grand, but Creative Contractors did it for 9 and it looks great! Very professional, quick scheduling, and done in a day!

I’m a homeowner 3 times in 30yrs many contractors , none were as professional as creative contractors, they work with the homeowner not against, i applaud and highly recommend! Nathan was very knowledgeable and informative for the project, you won’t be disappointed.

Creative has performed roofing replacement after storm damage. They assisted with paperwork needed by the insurance company. Creative was very reasonable with the uninsured expense for replacing roof sheathing.
At another property, flashing had separated from chimney and caused leaking and rotten sheathing. Creative Contractors repaired & replaced shingles & flashing around chimney area, matching the existing shingles.
Very satisfied with both tasks after several years of service.

I had positive experiences throughout the entire project. The team was proactive and keep me updated on the progress and schedule. The end results was as expected and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable and quality work.

Didn't realize that a new roof would do so much for the curb appeal of the house. Nate and his crew were extraordinarily responsive across the entire process - estimate, working with the insurance company, replacing the roof, and following up on minor details. New gutters were stress-tested by recent storms and what a difference - the newer, bigger gutters solved many long-standing issues. Very positive experience.

I highly recommend Creative Contractors as they provided a white glove experience from the initial inspection throughout the process of installing a new roof at our property in Ashburn Va…I’m beyond satisfied I chose Creative Contractors out of the 3 companies I vetted as they’ve been the only contractor in any aspect of home improvement I’ve utilized to deliver a seamless experience and quality workmanship in a timely manner. They actually completed the project prior to the expected timeline.

Nate and his crew were spot on with the price and the work that was put in. If I ever had questions all I had to do was call and the answers were provided. I will most definitely be sharing my experience with others and sending many referrals his way.

We tried working with other companies like Power Home Remodeling who be warned are out for the money and they don’t even know the crews who perform the work on your home. If you are considering a similar project I highly recommend going with these guys. Fair prices, clean work and reliable.

Nathan helped walk through the process of roof and siding replacement step by step and made things super simple and easy. He worked with the insurance so my involvement was as minimal as possible.

I had to replace my roof because of missing shingles from a hail storm. They were so professional, communicative, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on my roof!
10/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

Creative Contractors was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and successfully repaired a couple areas related to our roof and ventilation. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I plan to bring them back for another project.

Creative Contractors had completed excellent work on my parent's home and we were in need of siding repair after -- my children thought the back of the house was a good backstop to practice their lacrosse shots. (WT?!?!?*&@#*& -- Umm I think all parents would agree - doubling chores as punishment is getting off REALLY easy.) After the work completed on my parent's home (I should add my father's a very selective man); I entrusted Creative Contractors to complete the work on my home. I didn't want to put new siding on the entire home but we did have color fade from when the siding was installed by previous owners. Creative Contractors completed excellent work & were able to match the colors & grain closely. I don't notice a difference. They even completed pressure washing at a really cheap cost (don't think they normally offer this, but it ensured the colors matched). I'm very happy with the completed work. The owner was extremely friendly and professional to work with. Our family has several homes and we are repeat customers. Thank you!!

Creative Contractors is the best in the business. They’ve always been so helpful and professional for my projects. They helped me with interior work around my condo, expensive artwork and some light fixtures outside on my balcony. Nate is very knowledgeable, versatile and gets things done so quickly. Highly recommend.

Creative Contractors is an outstanding company. I’ve worked with them several times and each time is a pleasure. On time, accurate, and absolute value at a fair price. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism and quality of work.

An overall great experience. From the onset, Nathan and his team delivered a detailed scope of work without deviations during the installation. I highly recommend Creative Contractors LLC for your roofing needs.

Very good experience with Creative Contractors. , Nathan, ( the owner ) is a very professional .. His team worked well changing roof, sidings and windows .will always refer them to my friends and neighbor.

I called this team of pros because I wanted a quote on a new roof. The owner came right out and gave us a very competitive price. The owner was nice enough to help us clean out a gutter that we could not access.

We chose the two tone shingles and also had gutter shields installed to finally stop the debris which constantly clogged our gutters. The team came out and installed the roof and worked really hard to get it done.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great general contractor you can trust and work with.

Thanks for the hard work!

Creative Contractors installed a new roof on my home 2 years ago.
They did an excellent job and cleaned the site up daily after working. Recently I had a small leak on a porch skylight and they
responded to make the repair that was really a problem skylight
nothing to do with roof job. I would recommend Creative Contractors as they do follow up with customers to make thing right.

I've had roofs replaced before and Creative Contractors did an amazing job, they are the best. They were quick, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up, and left everything better. My new gutters actually drain and my new roof looks spectacular.

They really went above and beyond with answering questions, caught and corrected problems from the original roofers decades ago, and they made sure our roof was exactly what we wanted.

I will never be able to thank Nathan and his crew at Creative Contractors enough for assisting me long distance with my mother‘s home in McLean
It is very rare to find anyone today to do a fair ethical job
Working with Nathan was like working with a best friend. He worked with me every step of the way. He always answered any of my questions, and responded right away. I would never think of hiring anyone else to do work on my mother‘s home, but Nathan and Creative Contractors.
I really do feel like I’m made a good friend and I will always keep in touch
I could go on and on, but I will just leave it with
Thank you so much

I dont do many reviews, but I have to shout out Creative Contractors and the incredible job they did on our roof, windows, and doors. For whatever my next job is, they'll definitely be my first choice. I've been recommending them to my friends and neighbors for all things related to exterior updates and repairs. They ended up doing a lot of jobs around my neighborhood and everyone I've talked to since echoed the same great experience. If you're looking for a quote, ask for Mike Mode; he's super helpful and gave us a great price. He worked directly with my insurance company and made the entire experience smooth. 10/10
