I have now used Sears Home Services a handful of times over the past few years, a couple times through our home warranty, primarily for HVAC issues. Sears installed a full HVAC system for us and they continue to provide timely and professional support. Will use again.

Madgid was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing and replacing my icemaker. He also helped me to get the Customer Service number for Sears.

The tech I installed the temperature block and burner properly on the electric range and is working well. But as ALL workmen they don't clean up afterwards.

Our GE microwave needed a new handle, both technicians, the first one who came out quickly, identified and ordered the parts, and Hamayoon, who followed up and did the installation were pleasant and professional. Hamayoon did the install quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend them.

Our Kenmore Microwave was malfunctioning. Scheduled with Sears Home Services to have it repaired. Sediq, the technician, did a great job repairing the appliance. He explained what was wrong and also how to prevent the problem from recurring. He arrived early and was very professional and polite.
We've always had good service from Sears. We miss that there no longer is a store here.
