Great local plumber that takes his time and makes sure the job is done right.

After trying everything to solve a slow kitchen drain, I phoned them. Eric came out and used their snake service to clean the lines. He was knowledgable, efficient, and took the time to explain the problem. The cost was clear, and I was confident with the service completed.

They came out to install a new laundry room faucet, and Eric performed an excellent job. He explained what he was doing, answered my concerns, and ensured that everything was sealed and functioning properly. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the work was exceptional.

I'm impressed with how easy it was for Eric to install a new sump pump in my basement. He thoroughly tested everything, described how it operates, and cleaned up after himself. Knowing that it can withstand heavy rain without concern is comforting.

I'm overjoyed that Eric came by to replace our outdated kitchen faucet. He was prompt, courteous, and ensured that everything was operating flawlessly before departing. I like how easy he made the procedure.

I had an emergency shower valve leak late at night, and their team responded incredibly quickly. Eric and Kevin handled the repair efficiently and with great professionalism, putting me at ease right away. Came out the next day, less than 16 hours after I called and replaced my faulty disposal in less than 45 minutes. Friendly and gave me a fair deal. Would definitely recommend and will call them first next time.

We have used Erik many times through the years. He has fixed leaks, replaced a water heater, fixed shut off valves, repaired and replaced faucets. He can diagnose a problem in record time and give an estimate to repair it. His work is always top notch and his prices are fair. We would never use anyone else.

We can't recommend Sami's plumbing enough! They were incredibly responsive - we reached out for an issue with leaking from our toilet on a Saturday night and we had a plumber out by Sunday morning, without an additional charge. When the plumber did come out, he took the time to fix the issue, but also teach us what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. The price was incredibly reasonable for how quick, helpful, and responsive they were. We would 100% call them again for any future plumbing issues we have!

I am so glad that I found Sami's plumbing. I never have to worry if I have an issue with the plumbing in my townhome. I know it will be handled expertly by Eric of Sami's Plumbing. He is very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive and he truly cares and wants to help. He is quick to respond to any distress call I have whether it results in a project or not. That leaves me with a feeling of enormous security. I would highly recommend his very expert services to anyone.

Eric at Sami's Plumbing was great. He replied to my after hours call quickly and agreed to come over to the house to assess the project that night. He made sure the utility room was safe for us to stay in the house until he could repair the hot water heater the next day. He gave clear instructions on what we needed to do before the full repair could take place and how he could work contemporaneously with the other contractor involved. He was also a nice guy with a good sense of humor. I really appreciate the level of service he provided and the quick turnaround.

I want to thank Eric for his help capping the gas for gas dryer.
First of all, very responsive and showed up quickly. His approach was professional, calm and attentive. Figured out the gas setup, how to do what we needed and what's that going to cost.
In addition to that, very flexible with the timing and arrangements (we needed a quote first and then perform the work day before new dryer shows up).

I've used Sami's plumbing 3 times and have been impressed with the quality, timeliness and fair prices each time. Eric took the time to explain things in detail and present options. He even convinced me to save money by not replacing some valves, and instead gave advice on how to maintain them myself!

We've used Sami's Plumbing for several different projects, most recently installing a new gas line for a stove (we had electric). Eric made his schedule work for us, and he was great at communicating the project's needs and associated costs. His price was very fair, and he was quick and effective. I was nervous about installing gas, but he was able to explain safety protocols and made me feel confident in the decision! I really can't recommend Sami's Plumbing enough!
