Called Sam's at 745 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Said he would be at my house within the hour. Made within the timeframe and got my ac up and running in a timely manner and at a very fair price.

Wonderful service.Our compressor just went out on our unit but came after hours to take a look at the issues. Is working up as for pricing for first thing in the morning for a new install.

Thomas was very prompt and professional with his service. Our heater went out and we called him, not expecting same day service, but he came out within 30min of the call.
