One hell of a guy and friend.

As part of a house remodel and restoration, I required specialized contractor services to install a custom, wooden stair railing to replace the original that was removed by a prior owner. I am a reasonably competent DIY woodworker but recognized that this project required special experience and skill, especially since the component stair parts were very expensive. I could not afford to mess this up myself.

I hired Morris Construction on the recommendation of the local building supplier who sourced the stair parts for me. While I had to wait a long time for Hugh Morris and his assistant DJ to be available, my patience was well worthwhile. They executed this very tricky woodworking project with a degree of expertise, skill and craftsmanship, as well as care of my home, that well exceeded my expectations. This man is an artisan whose level of competence is hard to find or duplicate in this era of shoddy slap-it-together carpentry.
