Being in property management, it's hard to find someone to fix our appliances in a timely manner. Mr. Laster is prompt and good to work with. We've used them several times and are very satisfied.

Brian was great! The only one willing to come out and came the day I called. Diagnosed the problem and talked to my Home owners warranty company so I could be reimbursed.

Not only did he answer phone himself, UT came within less than 12 hours, e aptly when he said he'd come. Professional, polite and honest. I'd recommend highly!!!!

Brian did a great job with fixing my washer. He was thorough and professional and gratefully could come out on Saturday afternoon.

Had a problem with my fridge. He kept me updated throughout the day as to when he’d get there due to a full schedule, and when he got there, he fixed the problem right away. Polite, professional, and fair pricing.

My dryer broke last night, and the appliance repair company I'd used in the past for my dishwasher couldn't come out until after Thanksgiving, but they also waited until they got all of my information to tell me they couldn't work on a Samsung dryer.

I called Brian this morning, and he was here this afternoon. He was prompt, and clearly knew what he was doing, as he got my dryer fixed and running in less than 30 minutes from his arrival! Will definitely give him a call again if/when any of our other appliances break.

I have been using Appliance Specialist for many years. This time I thought for sure I would need a new washing machine because of the horrible sound it was making and it was not agitating. Brian identified the problem right away (he said bad dogs). He was in and out in less than a half hour. The price I paid was way less than what I would have expected. Thank you Brian.

What a great experience with Brian Laster from Appliance Specialist! I called three other local appliance repair companies and one said they are no longer taking repair calls, one left me on hold so long it hung up on me, and the other I have left two messages with and no answer or call back. Finally, thankfully, I found Appliance Specialist out of Hampton, VA. On the first call, Brian answered, gave me some initial information, got a bit of info from me and said he could be there in the next 1-3 hours. He was on another repair call but still handled my call successfully. 1-3 hours! Not days, or next week, but same day, in a few hours. Impressive!

He showed up in the window of time promised and quickly assessed the issue with our Samsung dryer. He had the part in his truck and wala, fixed fairly quickly. To think we were considering buying a new dryer! Definitely consider this appliance repair company. If we have any appliance issues pop up again, we will definitely be using them in the future! Highly recommend!

I reached out to Brian because my washer stopped working. He came out the next day within the time frame given. He assessed the problem and in no time my washer was fixed. He also gave me tips to keep the washer running properly. I will use his services again.

This company was great! I called him regarding my refrigerator and Brian was at my home within a half hour. Although he was unable to fix the problem, a bad compressor, it's an old unit, and well passed it's prime. Time for a new fridge! Thank you Brian for your knowledge and expertise.

We had Brian come out and install a new dishwasher. We usually use the installers that they recommend at the store we purchased it from. They couldn't get us in the schedule when we wanted. So a call was made to Brian. He could come out fast and his price was fair. His installation of the dishwasher was much better than the one we were replacing because the door closes very smoothly. He brought it to our attention that he installed it so the door would close better. With the previous dishwasher the door would have to be gently pushed closed because the top of it scraped underneath the counter. He even helped my husband get the old dishwasher out to the street. We plan to use him for all our appliance repairs.
