Our AC went out on Saturday. I called them on Saturday night just after 10pm. The call was answered. I wasn't expecting anyone to show up until Monday. The repairman called Sunday morning and showed up Sunday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, advised me of problem and cost prior to making any repairs. He had the part on the truck and made necessary repairs.

Kudos to Peyton for letting me know that I didn’t actually need an outdoor unit and that it was a mistake on his part. Saved me almost $5G’s. I love honesty and integrity. I was pleased that Platinum Heating & Air 500 was able to come and check our system so quickly, diagnose the problem and install a new unit within a 4 day period. This was during a heat wave. We are completely happy and comfortable.

Courteous and honest. After identifying that my system was nearing its end they sent a tech to talk about replacement. They identified that my ducting system was in need of replacement they provided me recommendations and a way forward. Although they no longer replace or install ductwork there was no push to sell me a new system, instead I was given helpful advice and honesty. Would recommend them just for that fact.

Platinum heating and air is a fantastic company. Zach and Peyton were fantastic technicians. They came out and fixed my AC the same day I called. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Don’t call anyone else. They rock.
