The people working the parts counter know what they're doing. They helped find nearly-obsolete parts for a repair in my old house, they get simple parts right away, and they even suggested another store to try when they couldn"t help me once. These guys have never snickered at simple questions or told me that the part I need doesn't exist (which happened at Home Depot more than once). I've never felt awkward about "buying hardware while female" there.

I had a toilet leaking and called around 8:15AM. By 10:45 they had arrived, assessed situation, called in order and got part, part delivered to home, repaired, all put together and completed. Very happy and excited to have a plumbing service so available and quick to help. Thank you!!!

I have been coming to this place for years and always leave with the right parts for my job. Last visit needed to connect my propane tanks to my existing lines - simple right ? No sir, neither Home Depot nor Lowe's has the parts needed. Enter H&S. 10 minutes later I have what I need. Great place.

Needed advice & parts to repair leaky faucets & toilet not flushing strong. Received correct advice & parts which allowed me to complete the jobs. Needed to replace shower valve (I'm not really into plumbing). They showed my how to do the job and I was able to do it easily. They even had a mock-up of the pipes to show me how. Great, friendly service.

The parts are significantly more expensive than Amazon or even national hardware store chains, but the knowledge at the shop and selection are top notch. Any time I have a non-trivial plumbing issue, H&S is my first and only stop. If I try to save a couple of bucks by going to the hardware store, I usually end up back at H&S for advice and the correct parts.

Very fast very professional very affordable. What I really appreciated was how they were willing to spend plenty of time on the phone talking out my issue even before I committed to using their services. I will absolutely be calling them again if I need a plumber.

I had a simple clogged drain in our double sink, but I couldn't get down the right piper even after trying for a few days. I had to wait a bit since their schedule was full, but a few days later they cleared it right up and charged me half of what other companies were quoting. In and out, very clean and easy. Friendly guy, too.
