Quick response and quote. The work was completed within two days of inquiry. They matched and repaired a small section of carpet for us and the seems aren’t visible to anyone that doesn’t know it was done! Great Job!

Out of all of the bathroom remodelers and contractors that I met with CC was by far the best and easiest to work with. I simply provided the items that I was interested in installing and they did all the rest. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. The workers were polite, on time, and hard working to get the job done within the time frame we agreed upon. I will definitely be using their services again on other home improvement projects.

I’ve had the honor to use Complete Contracting a few times over the last few years. They have painted, installed lights, ceiling fans, faucets, gas stove, barn door and a few more projects. Each time, the gentleman come to my home, they are very knowledgeable, kind and have an eye for detail. I truly lucked out a few years when I found this company. I truly know that I can call on them anytime for my projects like I did this week and they are there to help. They truly listened to my issue at my home and rearranged things to accommodate my needs. So nice to have a company like this that truly cares about the customer. From the office staff to the field employees, this company does it right.

I’ve been working w/ Complete on our rental portfolio for the past couple of years. They have the utmost integrity and communication of any general contractor I’ve worked with over my decade plus working in both commercial and residential real estate. They just recently helped us out on a difficult turn with a property that was left in poor condition from prior tenants. I had a maintenance order placed for over a month before we came upon from Complete Contracting. They sent out Mr Antoine to service the job and it only took him two days to complete the jobs which contained things from the roofing of the house to the flooring and even a few inside jobs. My family and I our very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend their services 10/10. Thank you to all the additional staff that came out to help they were all respectable! Complete Contracting did three related jobs in my home this summer. In more than 25 years of owning a home, they are clearly the best contractor with which I have worked. Their work was consistently professional, efficient, customer-oriented, and of exceptionally high quality.

An upper kitchen cabinet fell off the wall in my home. More than half of its contents were either glass or crockery, so there were broken pieces, some very small, covering most of my kitchen floor and some of the counter. I immediately started making calls to find someone with a shop vac that could handle glass to come to remove the broken cabinet and the shattered debris. SERVPro recommended Complete Contracting. Lori answered the phone, and as soon as I told her what had happened in my kitchen that morning, she went into action to find someone to help me. Within about 3 hours, Jamie was at my house, ready to help.

I literally could not have imagined a more skillful, helpful, careful, or kind tech than Jamie. He dismantled the cabinet and placed it in my garage and detached the under-cabinet lighting and secured it. He was very careful to ask me what could be thrown away and what I wanted to keep. He vacuumed up ALL of the broken debris -- a monumental task in itself -- and carefully folded up the three throw rugs that were in the kitchen and took them outside to shake them out on a dropcloth so that no shards remained in them or were transferred to my lawn. He removed all of the debris from my house. And he was very kind to my curious cat, too.

Ten days later, Complete Contracting sent someone to write an estimate for the repair work, which included mounting a replacement cabinet, drywall repair and repainting the wall on which the cabinet was hung. The estimate was sent promptly by email. It was detailed and comprehensive, and the total cost specified was well within the insurance adjuster's estimate that I had received two days before. Complete Contracting ordered the new cabinet and the work happened two weeks later, just after the cabinet was delivered to them.

Given that the job required both cabinet mounting and reinforcement of both new and existing cabinets, plus drywall repair and painting, Complete Contracting sent very experienced specialists in carpentry and drywall repair to do the work. The repairs were estimated to take 2.5 days, but Rob and Chris completed about 95% of the work in just one day(!) at a very high level of quality. They explained what they were doing and why very clearly, and cleaned up the debris from the worksite very well. Their professional knowledge and experience was evident without a hint of boasting, and it was clear that they took genuine pride in their work. They also worked quietly enough so that I could work at my computer just a few rooms away.

The under-cabinet lighting module needed a part before it could be re-installed. Rob and Chris tried to find it in local stores, but it had to be ordered, which they did before returning back to the worksite. It was available the next day, and their colleague Fred did a great job installing and testing the lighting to ensure that it worked, checking with me about how I preferred that it be mounted. Since this was the end of the kitchen repairs, Complete Contracting also sent a supervisor to check to ensure that all of the work had been done correctly. An impressive end to an outstanding job!

Throughout this experience, there were many efficient, friendly communications with me to coordinate the work and keep me updated on each step. No need for me to call to request updates, and all email messages that I sent were responded to very promptly. Lori and Angie were just as impressive in their efficiency, friendliness and great customer service as their colleagues who did the work here in my home. Although I found Complete Contracting as a result of an unfortunate accident, I count myself very lucky to have learned of their excellent service, which I will definitely be using in the future.

I recently contracted with Complete Contracting LLC to complete some exterior and interior work on my house. I'm quite satisfied with their work. Lori is very professional and responsive. She reflects the company's "commitment to communication." They provide detailed estimates and quotes, and the invoicing protocol is user and budget friendly. The workers were courteous, focused, coordinated in their efforts, and completed the work in a timely manner. I cannot express how incredible it was working with Complete Contracting LLC on our recent home repairs. We had an unfortunate incident where our ceiling collapsed that left us unable to occupy our bedroom for 3 months, with a newborn, and Complete Contracting LLC saved the day.

Lori, Angie and the entire team were communicative & extremely professional from the beginning of our connection, especially while dealing with a very difficult insurance situation. They never gave up on helping us get the situation sorted while delivering impressive results. Their team showed up everyday knowing exactly what needed to get done and always left the surrounding parts of our home better than it was when they arrived. Lori & Angie communicated the estimated time to complete the job and ETAs of when we could expect workers to show up which was much appreciated while navigating newborn naps!

They completed the job within the estimated timeframe which is often unheard of when completing several repairs simultaneously. Leo also did a final walkthrough with us to ensure we were pleased with the work. We can’t say enough about how amazing they were & highly recommend them for all of your contracting needs.
