The crew and the team installed the system very well. I had concerns about some things and they addressed it very carefully. They know what they do. We were having trouble with our older AC getting a room down under 75. It is not an issue now. GREAT JOB!!!!!

TLDR Daniel and his team are awesome!! They were super responsive and able to get me scheduled quickly every time. I felt very good about the transaction and didn’t feel taken advantage of.
Long story:
My house had had many issues since I bought it as it was a quick flip and the “new” AC had many issues. I had several people look at it in my first year living and each said a different thing and nothing worked. Ended up just getting space heaters and window units and tuning the HVAC off. Years later since becoming pregnant and needing to get the HVAC up and running so I can get the extension cords off the ground with a baby in the house, I reached out to Daniel. He came out and personally looked at it. After explaining the several different “fixes” of others in the past he suggested running it for a few weeks to see if it still doesn’t work. We first replaced the duct work because it was too small for the unit I had. That still didn’t work. Ended up replacing the unit and was scheduled and replaced within a week which was very much appreciated with a newborn in the house! Just in time for the summer heat! I will definitely use Daniel in the future for any HVAC needs I might have.

The hot water heater install couldn't have gone any better.The techs arrived on time and the complete job was finished in a few hours. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. They were very thorough and made sure everything operated perfectly before they left.
I've used Armstrong Mechanical for over ten years for all HVAC issues including new AC as well as a new aqua-therm heating system. I would absolutely recommend them.

I knew that I needed a new heat pump system. Out of four bids, I chose Armstrong, and I’m so glad that I did! They were knowledgeable and professional, completing their work in a timely fashion. They left the work area neat and clean. I liked how they took the time to explain things to me as they installed my new American Standard heat pump. After the new system was installed, the owner came around the following day to inspect the job and to be certain that I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate that level of caring customer service. In addition, I found their price to be fair and honest. I trust Armstrong and plan to be their customer for years to come.

I cannot express how much appreciation and praise I feel towards Armstrong Mechanical!! When you are a full time baker and your ovens run all day most days for work, your ovens going out is slightly beyond overwhelming. Now technically Armstrong is a residential and commercial HVAC company; however when they heard of my sudden business crisis early this morning, they sent out a truck to help today. Daniel, the owner, sent a truck with 3 guys, ready to handle whatever they needed, which was perfect because they had to replace the whole unit. The guys were very friendly, clean, professional, wore shoes booties, put down drop clothes, and left my place honestly better than they found it!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Armstrong Mechanical to anyone and everyone!!!

Called Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon to have AC unit looked at for cooling issues during the hottest week of the year so far. It is 83 F inside the house and their technician is a no-show. Had to reschedule with a different company for a different day. Very frustrating experience. Called them multiple times throughout the day and was sent to voicemail every time.
