Once again Climatic went the extra mile to get our AC back online. Ryan was our technician and provided excellent service. It was Friday afternoon and after finding the problem, which would require a new part, he advised us of timeframe for getting part and fixing our unit. Jump to Wednesday, Ryan spent the day replacing the part and found all the checks. He also performed the fall maintenance. We are happily enjoying cooling air. Thanks Ryan, and thanks to Sonny for your support. Climatic is our number one, and only, go to HVAC company.

Climatic was responsive, professional, and did an excellent job. We had an automatic damper installed on our attic unit to help balance air flow. The estimator was fantastic and timely in getting us a quote. The install was scheduled quickly after contract signing and the install team was efficient and left the job site clean. I would recommend this vendor.

The technician crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the installation of a mini split HVAC system well within the scheduled time and left the site clean and tidy.

Climatic is our go-to, trusted HVAC company. Had an issue this month with our heat not kicking on and they were able to come out same day and fix the issue. I appreciate Climatic because they are honest, professional and friendly.

Ryan was out to service our heating system again. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and keeps me informed throughout the process. And most importantly, he does not leave a mess behind as some people do on service calls. I will continue to use Climactic because of people like Ryan.

Our HVAC failed over a cold weekend and I was in a freezing home with a 20 month old. Ryan went above and beyond to help resolve our problem and restore heat as quickly as possible on a Sunday. This included taking an extra trip to the warehouse to get a part that he might need for repairs. Grateful for the professional and efficient help!

The technician showed me the filter location for cleaning on our new mini-split unit we purchased a few months ago from Climatic.
He also showed me the cleaning procedure for the outdoor condenser unit.

Super nice service advice from the Technician

We needed HVAC repairs and an air filter. We received quotes from several different companies, with prices very inconsistent. Sonny showed up and immediately determined all we needed was a service. Repair and installation happened same day. With all the of the local repair businesses being bought out by large corporations, I would highly recommend getting a quote from Climatic before any decisions are made. I for one don't even need a quote after the service I received. They saved me tens of thousands!!!!

Sonny's team with Jon as the primary contact came to replace the central air with a heat pump system. They discovered the main duct system in the crawl space had rusted through. Jon's team is coming back to replace the duct system and complete the heat pump installation next week. The team made sure the gas furnace was functional and corrected issues from the original furnace installer (Furnace was not installed by Climatic Heating & Cooling). They have exceeded expectation so far.

Update. Jon came back onsite with his team and replaced the main duct over full two days. The heat pump is now installed and is working great. I'm very happy with the work performed by Climatic Heating & Cooling.

I've been a Climatic customer for almost a decade now. It was in the middle of a cold snap about 10 years ago on a holiday weekend and all of the techs were booked over several times. One of the techs agreed to speak to me over the phone he proceeded to talk me through removing the igniter, the tools I would need, cleaning it, and replacing it. He even called back an hour later to be sure the heat was up. It was, and the igniter stayed working until replaced a couple of weeks later...pj

Climatic is awesome to work with! Super responsive, easy to talk to, and they make everything really straightforward. The techs know their stuff, show up on time, and are just all-around great people. Definitely a company you can count on.

Appreciated Alan's professionalism and proactive observations/recommendations on wear items for our older heat pump system. Answered questions and had some good discussions on best practices for preventative maintenance. Would highly recommend

As usual, Climatic came on time, explained what they were doing and left everything in working order. And a recommendation for an upgrade that made sense and was cost efficient for comfort. Have used many HVAC companies over the years but Climatic has been doing our new house for 5 years and they’ve been terrific.

We had a complicated problem with our heat pump, and Climatic did a great job figuring it out and getting our system working again. Their technicians are competent, efficient, neat and clean and extremely nice.

I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, through several moves around Loudoun County and I have always found the techs to be punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. As a company, they have always done right by me in that I never felt upsold and they took care of me in some very difficult circumstances. They have a customer for life.

Customer Service rep was kind when I called. They even called me as a reminder to schedule with them a second time once I decided to order my own filter. (I kept forgetting to schedule an appt myself.) Technician was always on time, thorough, and helpful.

Climatic did a great job from initially servicing our furnace to ultimately replacing the old unit out of necessity. Every technician they sent out was great and eager to share helpful information. They were incredibly fast and responsive, and as a result we were able to get our furnace up and running before the cold snap. Thank you to everyone at Climatic who assisted us! :)

Well informed along the way with details and clear communication on the entire process. The install was faster than I had expected and they were very clean.
