The best! My heat broke Saturday and it was fixed by early afternoon Monday. I have known him for 2 years. He can do it all from changing light bulbs to complete remodel my next project is a walk in shower and wall to wall carpet

I am extremely happy with my results. My water cooler went out and the response was quick and easy. I’ve worked with several companies in the past who try to overcharge— “especially women”, but he was fair. I asked if they could look at my washer and dryer and that was fixed during the same visit! Wow! Thanks for your professionalism, it’s nice to be able to find honest people. I will definitely use them again.

Lance is amazing. Best contractor we've ever had. First, he is top notch at his craft, and of equal importance, he is really kind, professional, respectful, and an excellent communicator. Highly reliable. We highly recommend him and will retain his services for future needs, because he is very trustworthy.

In detail:
He removed our basement floor and replaced it with the wood we wanted. He also changed the ceiling in the basement with the one we wanted and added recess lights. He also changed the basement floor in the unfinished portion. He also figured out the problems with the bathrooms and the piping. He did all this work very efficiently. We had him over again and he fixed the window in the upstairs bathroom so that it opens and closes perfectly, he removed a water hose and turned off the water valve (something we couldn't figure out even with others), he fixed the lettuce outside and he even fixed up a very old chair that had broke apart.

Free Lance maintenance has done many projects at my home. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. He is pleasant and reliable. I highly recommend Lance.

Lance is best in class. He did such a great job with various flooring, electrical, gas, and bathroom related renovations that we’ve had done. We have worked with him several times and will continue to do so. If you need a high quality and very fairly priced handyman in the DMV area for any renovation you need for your home, Lance is your guy.

I had a sliding glass door replaced, took off of work. The guys came, they got the door in place and made sure everything was safe and secured. They cleaned up inside and out. I was very impressed with the work. Thank you.
