LCS were fantastic. They did all the site work for our new house. They were responsive, did great work, and were very professional.

Built a new house in Vienna and had LCS do all the site work. They did great job. All the staff and their crews that work on site are super helpful and where easy to work with. They will do it right!

We built a custom home in Northern Virginia, and LCS handled the site work. We were very satisfied with their detailed proposal and fair pricing, which they honored without any surprises. They answered our questions and explained various options clearly. The entire crew was helpful, especially Conor Black, who was particularly knowledgeable.

Scheduling with LCS was a little difficult at times but they did their best to keep stay on track.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We are building a new home and everyone at LCS was great to work with but I need to send a shout out to Matt with their landscaping division. He was simply amazing. He put together a stunning landscape design and then implemented and oversaw everything. It was a massive two week project, but Matt constantly kept us in the loop. He came to the site multiple times a day to check on his crew and was completely open to our input. He made it easy for us and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

Old Creek Homes is a home builder in the Northern Virginia market. LCS is a class act and at the top of our list for site services & dumpsters. Great job & keep up the good work, Kevin & team!

I recommend LCS highly — a competent, knowledgeable, experienced crew! They designed & built a complex new rainwater drain system for our home in Annandale in record time, at a reasonable price and with a smile. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Visit with sister's co worker

The staff working at the service desk and work assessment are very unresponsive! After weeks of calls and emails, no body could provide proper assessment/response for our project. It wasted too much time and delayed our project by about a month. Disapointing, not recommending LCS at all!
