Excellent company for installation and maintenance of my two zone system. Irwin was my recent technician and he performed a very thorough inspection. After finding myself in a disastrous situation with a previous company, I feel like I can finally relax, knowing that I found a company that I can trust.

As an update to my original review, I’m happy to report that Comfort Solutions continues to provide excellent service for my 2 HVAC systems and water heater. Once again, Irwin was my technician and he, in consultation with the company owner, was able to diagnose and resolve a tricky problem with my water heater. Neither my handyman nor a plumber had been able to resolve the issue. Comfort Solutions provides outstanding service, from its owner to its technicians. So glad I found them.

Very professional team. They arrived on time, and then kept me informed during the installation. Cleaned up thoroughly when leaving each evening. Irwin, Sean, Steven and Tevin did a great job.

We needed ductless mini-splits installed in our basement. Irwin and Fabian did an amazing job asking us what we wanted/preferred, and working clean/fast. We were very impressed with the installation job and the work ethic. We would recommend them to anyone!

The technician Irwin L. did a fantastic job related to our commercial ac units. We had 3 units to service and needed to determine which unit was not supply proper air flow. He was friendly, on time and he went through a thorough process to diagnose the problem, and found it! Definitely recommend Irwin and Comfort Solutions!

Janier was pone of the best technicians we have had to work on out units! He was friendly, courteous, professional and totally technically proficient. In addition, he did not try to sell us on anything not needed to ensure that the units worked well all summer. We cannot recommend Comfort Solutions more highly!

Fabian, Stephen, and Gillermo did an amazing job! They spent an entire day and a half taking out our AC and furnace system and installing a new one. We have a gas system so it’s very complex. They worked hard and were very thorough. They wanted to be so sure everything worked properly. Fabian spent time walking me through it all and explaining the system and how it works. Fabian and his team definitely deserve a raise! Thanks guys!

Comfort Solutions responded immediately to a Sunday service call and had our heating system working the next day. The complicated issue was expertly handled by Tech named Irwin. Communication throughout the repair was perfect leaving us very informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Jaimer, returned with the new transformer to replace the one he found to be defective. Installation went well. He thoroughly tested the system, including the humidifier and furnace interaction, to ensure everything worked. He carefully explained what he did and answered my questions. A GREAT technician! Jaimer is certainly one reason that Comfort Solutions succeeds. Patricia in the office does a wonderful job coordinating and scheduling. She is super about communicating the status and for working appointments if time and technicians are available so we can get the service completed before it was originally scheduled.
Comfort Solutions is a super service provider! We'll be calling them again.

We’ve been using Comfort Solutions since 2010. They’ve been fantastic to work with. Over the span of working with them in our first house and now our second, they’ve installed 4 new units (two in each of our houses). They’re clean, quick, and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Irwin and Gabriel who were our recent installers. Fantastic work guys.

Irwin did a great job for me today with a fall inspection. He also discussed the need for a co2 checkup and told me about the annual contract advantages - and I took advantage of both of them.

They were absolutely amazing! They came out the next days during extreme heat and gave us educated estimates on what the repairs would be and what they suggested! We have been super happy with the service. The person scheduling was very nice. Then someone name Rich called to make sure they could service our units. I wasn’t here for the Techs arrival however he came right in the window if when they said he would arrive and I got a text of when he would! Great service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A big job - removing our existing heating (natural gas) and AC, and installing a Mitsubishi heat pump system. We researched this, the biggest step in our home electrification journey, carefully - and interviewed a number of contractors. Throughout the process it was made clear that the care and quality of the installation were of paramount importance to obtaining the efficiency and comfort high-efficiency heat pumps can deliver. "Quality and care" were clearly what Comfort Solutions delivered. Their team, led by Irwin and supported by Tevin and Guillermo; consulted with us throughout the nearly 2-day installation process, kept us appraised of their progress, and left us with a complete understanding of our new systems. They were a pleasure to have in our house and took exceptional care to "leave no trace behind".
Just hours after installation completion our house was warm and cozy from top to bottom, genuinely comfortable for the first time this winter.

All the Comfort Solutions technicians are highly skilled, kind, patient, and communicative. Jainer, today, was amazing!

They replaced my minisplit system and it was a easy experience start to finish. Getting the estimate was so informative and they were so helpful. Installation was great. I really appreciate the low pressure and competent quality of everyone i dealt with. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Comfort Solutions , rep, Josh came to our home to give us an estimate on a mini split for one of our rooms.
He was most accommodating, answered all the questions, and responded immediately when we had further questions. We wanted multiple estimates on different type of units for a mini split, and he did just that. He kept us up-to-date as it was taking a little bit longer than he had stated, it was going to take because of all the information that we had wanted.

After getting several estimates, we ultimately went with Comfort Solutions.
Scheduling was easy, and the team showed up first thing in the morning and didn’t leave till almost 6:30 pm in the evening.

They did a fabulous job from beginning to end. From introducing themselves, upon arrival. They worked all day long, and then cleaned up the space when they were done. They also went over the instructions of how to use the unit and if we had any questions. The team that was sent was very courteous, polite, and answered all questions.

I’m glad we went with Comfort Solutions.

Janier with Comfort Solutions continues to provide excellent service to HVAC equipment at our home. When you open the door and see Janier you immediately know the equipment will be serviced properly without any need for followup calls.

Irwin was a great technician. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and provided good recommendations to move forward.
