Technician was in and out in 30 minutes! Quickly resolved my heating issue. Thank goodness 😅

The technician that handled my call put shoe covers on before he entered my home, introduced himself, asked me what my concerns was with my A/C-Heater unit and immediately took action checking and diagnosing the system. Very professional and courteous. Asked if I had any questions or other concerns with my heat/ ac. I am definitely satisfied the work performed and will continue to call on United Air Temp for more excellence in service! Thanks again.

I received professional and timely service. My plumber responded on time and he quickly found a leak in one of my pipes. He was courteous and professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thumbs up.

United Air Temp is great! We have used them consistently to help maintain the systems in our house. The techs are friendly and aren't pushy to upsell. They answer questions thoroughly and make sure I understand any work being done.

The technician arrived as scheduled and after giving me a brief on what was to be done, he embarked on his work. He was knowledgeable and precise on what needed to be done. He made a critical recommendation on the need to instal a water sensor to monitor system flooding. Overall I was very happy with his work.

Contacted them for a plumbing issue in the bathroom via AHS Warranty and they were swift in their response. A technician was able to come within 24h of the request and resolved our issue. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and had ample tools necessary to fix the issue. We will definitely reuse them in the future should another issue arise.

We continue to receive excellent service from United Air Temp. We’ve used them for plumbing, heating and electrical service since 2014. They’ve always been professional and provided high quality repairs and installations. Recently, we had plumbing work performed in our master bathroom. The technician Antuan was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our particular issue. He also communicated well prior to and, during the appointment. And he was very patient, as our issue required him to come back to our home the same day.

My tech was Michael. He was courteous. He contacted me with his estimated time of arrival and was on time. He came in accessed the problem and resolved in a timely manner. I was free to go about my day.

The service was excellent. Th engineer came in time, was professional and efficient. He quickly found the leak , got necessary parts and fixed the leak. He cleaned after himself and was very polite. I am completely satisfied with the service!

The ability to have United Air Temp to make an urgent/emergency call on Friday 7/11 evening was a Godsend. We had water pouring through the kitchen ceiling like it was raining in the house. I know that getting services after hours & especially on a Friday night is almost impossible, but United Air Temp took the call & the rest is history. I don't recall the technicians names, but they worked very well together & did a wonderful job. They answered all of our questions & left instructions for letting the ceiling dry out before getting the holes closed & ceiling restored. We are waiting to get the ceiling restored.

Great company and AWESOME employees. This was actually my second repair call within a week...on two different plumbing issues. Expeditious and courteous service! We have actually had work performed by them in the past and it has ALWAYS been TOP-NOTCH.
