Extremely responsive, diligent in service, and willing to educate the customer on how to identify the problem; what systems/units are involved; and the options needed to resolve the problem. In particular, Wilmer spent a generous amount of time carefully performing diagnostic tests to get to the root cause of a chronically failing HVAC system, which other troubleshooters were unable to fix. I found him to be exceptionally competent, personable, and thorough in his work. I would not trust another HVAC technician over him, and without hesitation, I would recommend Superior Air Heating & Cooling (ask for Wilmer) to take care of your home. - Very satisfied customer!

Great small business to work with for your heating and cooling needs! Wilmer and his team replaced our nearly 20 year old indoor and outdoor HVAC system. He was great at communicating and gave us many unbiased recommendations in helping improve our HVAC system. His work is also clean and thorough but finished the job in a day. Highly recommend.

We had our old HVAC serviced by Wilmer. Communication was excellent! He taught us things to look out for to keep our unit working and in good shape. The service visit wasn't rushed and he thoroughly inspected all exterior and interior parts. I learned a lot because he took the time to explain all he was doing.
