It was easy to make an appointment with Roto-Rooter. Jake was my technical and was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem and make recommendations quickly. My issue was fixed in a very timely manner.

Jake and Donavon came out to fix a pipe that burst in recent freezing temps. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, identified the problem pipe, and repaired very quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Adding the my great experience with Roto Rooter, I was fortunate enough to have Hank come and video my drain, and walk me through what I needed to have done to fix my problem. Aaron and Zakk did a great job ripping up and then fixing my floor. I really appreciate the care everyone took to not only help me, but protecting my walls, my house, and my HVAC unit. Also, the extra steps taken to try to fix my floor as I was very concerned about getting my flooring back to the original state. Our Vexing Plumbing Drainage problem was pursued by Jacob in a way that showed he listened well to how we described the problem and understood what his experience told him needed to be done. His intelligent approach was complimented by his determination to get the job done properly and completely. He investigated the issue I had with my shut off valve, explained the cause and his approach to fixing it and fixed it. He is transparent and honest, which I appreciated. I had a water leak issue, and Roto-Rooter came out quickly to diagnose the problem. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They found that my main pressure regulator needed to be replaced and completed the job efficiently and neatly.

My service technician, Jacob, was personable and professional. As I had been overcharged for service before, he made sure that didn’t happen to me again. He fixed the issue with my toilet after taking the time to properly diagnose the issue. I will call Roto-Rooter again should I have another plumbing problem.

Jake was really knowledgeable in helping my identify the leak. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward explanations to all the questions I had concerning it, even if it had turned out the leak was beyond his expertise. Peace of mind is leaps and mounds better than the anxiety the leak was causing on my nerves. Good to know roto-rooter and Jake came in clutch to do some maintenance on my tub too.
