Definitely recommend Smartwire 360. Russell and Josh have done 2 separate jobs for us. They are polite, punctual and did a great job.

I have worked with Smart wire for over 10 years and service has always been great. Daniel and Gavin were on time today and did fantastic work!

We had a minor emergency, and Smartwire was able to get out the same day without charging us a ridiculous fee. They fixed the problem within an hour at a very reasonable cost which was actually less than the estimate.

I own a commercial building in Mechanicsville and was looking for someone to replace the lights on the exterior of my building to LED's to save on the energy bill. I gave smartwire 360 a call to get a proposal on converting everything. After the initial visit Dennis and Bubba informed me that I qualify for a rebate program that Dominion energy was offering and I would get money back for converting everything. Once I received the proposal and saw how much I would get back for installing the new fixtures it was a no brainer to convert everything. The smartwire team came out after all the fixtures arrived and installed everything in two days. The best part of it all I have saved 2/3 on the energy bill every month since everything was installed and not to mention a lifetime of savings. SmartWire 360 electrician Jarrod and his assistant took care of three projects for us today. They arrived on time, took care of the projects quickly and cleaned up all debris from the removal and installation of fixtures and a switch box.

What a wonderful experience with SmartWire! I had a small job (two bathroom fans were not working, and I had a kitchen switch which needed looking into) and I was treated as if it was a huge project. I was very impressed. Communication was extremely prompt, professional/courteous. The inhome inspection/free quote was done efficiently and the next day, two gentleman arrived on time and were just as polite and professional as the person who gave the originial quote (I will add due to pandemic everyone I met with wore masks/gloves and took every precaution). The price was lower than I anticipated! Very reasonable!! I have found my company for any electrical/lighting needs I may have in the future, and I highly recommend them to you as well.

Knowledge of lighting options for the exterior of our home was excellent. Installation was performed promptly and professionally during our home remodeling, working seamlessly with the existing on-the-job contractors. The resulting 'mood' lighting installed on our home is the talk of the neighborhood and just about everyone who drives past our house after dark. Added touches included a dimmer feature to get the just-right contrast with the background house exterior, and a programmable computer that knows dusk in our area so the lighting comes on each night at the correct time. Likely not the least expensive way to add exterior lighting, but certainly the best and most cost effective. You get what you pay for!

Complete dream job from beginning to end. Bubba, Jarrod, and Shane, all a pleasure to work with. Answered all of my questions, gave me the best quote I received out of 4 other companies. They also did a super clean install on a commercial sign. Will be a lifelong customer! Highly recommended! A+++++

It’s official, I am changing Smartwire360 to 365 because that’s exactly what Jarrod and Shane did for us, lights/outlets in two outbuildings, gazebo, pool light and pool pump, 365 days a year!! The guys that came in were very professional, respectful of the space and us. I was really thankful they took the time to measure the space to hang the pendant lights so they were coorectly centered in our tricky open concept room. I recently used smart wire 360 to replace two light fixtures over my counter area. Also address some recessed lighting issues I had in my kitchen.. this was the first time that I had used Smart Wire 360. I found the electricians that came to my house on two different occasions, to be very professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in performing the repair issues in my home. Without a doubt I would use them again, if needed. So if you need any type of electrical, installation, repairs, etc. do not hesitate to call smart wire 360.!

Team was responsive on the initial request and the estimate. Team that came out was very patient with my questions and figuring out placement of spotlights. They were thorough and listened to requests and very friendly. Finished the work quickly and actually under the estimate cost! Will use them again for future work.
