RCI are the go to Professionals. When we decided to build a home we look into many builders but found that RCI had the highest rating for quality and service. From the beginning of the journey, they handled every step with respect and professionalism. Our project manager Troy Szalay let us know every move he made. He answered all questions and concerns immediately and always reassured us.
The day of our walk through I had tears in my eyes. Troy had helped us realize our dream. I will always speak highly of RCI Builders because they care about the end result, which is the customers satisfaction.

in addition to being a part of the RCI family, I've had the opportunity to build my very own home with RCI Builders! Troy was our Construction Project Manager and I could not be more grateful to him for being attentive to detail, informative and always patient with me. ;) I would honestly recommend RCI to any friend or family member looking for a genuine and hard working team to guide them through the complete home building experience.

RCI is currently building a house for my wife and I that is nearing completion. We have been working with Sara Crum as our sales representative and Brick Click as our project manager along the way. Sara has been our advocate from day one, has always been very responsive, and has worked very hard to accomplish our objectives along the way. Since we have broken ground, I have worked closely with Brian and we have been extremely impressed with him. As an attorney that practices in the area of construction law, I had very high expectations for the build process. I can say with without a doubt, that Brian has met or exceeded those expectations at every step of the way. In spending 5 minutes with Brian, it is obvious that he takes great pride in what he does and his work product is a testament to that fact.

We built our home with RCI in Hickory Hill nearly 1 year ago. I am giving a rating of 5 for one main reason, and that reason is for our Project Manager, Troy.
As with any new build there are certainly things that do not go perfect. Or do not turn out the way you hoped or thought it would.
But every single step of the way Troy was right there as our advocate making sure things were as close to perfect as possible.
Even in one instance when we experienced a large problem well after closing, Troy took our call and played the role of advocate once again until it was resolved.
We absolutely love our home. RCI is beyond blessed to have Troy.

RCI built our home for us. They were a great company to work with and had a systematic friendly way of getting you through the construction process that was helpful. They are a semi custom home builder which allows you to make changes to things that you would like. Our project manager Brian was great to work with and informative about the process. They use very skilled tradesmen and very good products. We would use them again in the future.

From our first walk thru at Luck Farm our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The contract process, design center, construction has been completely transparent. Myself being in the commercial construction industry and knowing the challenges 1st hand of the supply chain and labor, I will say RCI has done a World Class job of managing through all of those challenges as transparent and compassionate as any Contractor I have experienced. They have helped my wife and I build our forever home to enjoy with our family and friends for years to come.

We used RCI builders to build our first home and we enjoyed the whole process. The people with this company are wonderful, communication is very good and they will build you the home you want. We've lived in our home for a little more than a year and are still so very pleased with our home. Furthermore, the quality is several steps above you will get with the Big Builders and you'll be so thankful for the attention to detail.

I always said we would never build a house because I thought it would be too stressful. The team at RCI made me very happy we chose to build. From our first encounter with Katelyn Gwaltney at the model home, through construction with our project manager, Troy Szalay, to service with Ben Fritter, the process has been efficient! The team is patient, knowledgeable and responsive and have been a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend building with RCI!

We built our house a little over a year ago. This was our second home build and we are very happy that we chose RCI for this build. We worked with Brian Peay. He was very good at communicating with us through the entire process. I feel Brian and RCI went above and beyond what they had to do. It felt like they built the home for a family member.

We chose RCI to build our "forever home", the "Lynn" model, in the Fall of 2021. Most definitely not the easiest time to build a new home, amidst supply chain issues, laborer shortages, etc. But our Project Manager, Josh Kegel was right by our side, every step of the way. We received weekly updates, always received timely replies when we had questions, and in the end, we were told by our independent home inspector that our home was "one of the cleanest new builds he had ever seen". While the process of building a new home is stressful, Josh always took the time to communicate and keep us in the loop, which in turn took much of the stress out of the equation. If you are searching for a high quality new build, RCI is your builder! And if you are fortunate enough to have Josh as your PM, you can rest assured that you're in wonderful hands.

RCI Builders built our house and it was a great experience. Everybody we worked with was great. Bobby Jackson was our Project Manager and worked with us from start to finish. He has been very professional throughout the whole building process. Communcation was always there whenever we had a question or concern with Bobby. He kept in touch and updated us on everything. I would refer both RCI Builders and Bobby Jackson to anyone looking to build. Thanks Bobby!

We closed on our new home on November 17, 2017, and have reached the end of the 1 year home warranty period. I waited until the year was up to post my review because I firmly believe service after the sale is important.

Now that we have been in the house for a full year I can honestly say R-CI built an awesome home for us.

Their Build On Your Lot program was perfect for us. Our project manager, Ray, did a great job with his oversite. The sub contractors did a very good job. Tim, their warranty person, is great and even responded to an HVAC issue on a Saturday morning. The ladies in the design center helped us design The perfect home for our lifestyle.

Patrick, one of the owners of R-CI, walked the lot with us before we closed on the property, and helped us place our home perfectly on our 6 acre lot. Todd, the other owner we dealt with, helped us design the perfect home and even called a few days after we moved in to make sure everything was completed as we expected.

All in all a great experience and we have recommended R-CI to friends who are looking to build as well.

Based on our experience we feel confident we made the right decision.

RCI Builders have been fantastic to work with! Matt Rutledge helped us with our initial plans and what to expect as we started to envision our dream home. In the design studio, Katie was super helpful guiding us to pick out the finishes of our beautiful home. Sonny was our project manager and helped to provide valuable insight and expertise with our new build! We LOVE our forever home and highly recommend them!!

We recently purchased a new home from RCI and closed earlier this year. Josh Kegel was our construction project manager and he was fantastic! We weren’t able to relocate to Virginia until our house was finished, so we were 1,300 miles away for most of our construction process. He kept us updated, always made himself available, addressed our questions, had great ideas and got things done. Josh is extremely personable and the kind of guy that values relationships. He’s been incredibly helpful and we truly appreciate the positive experience of building our beautiful new home with him!!!

We have built several homes in our 41 years of being married and without exception our experience with RCI builders has been exceptional! Brian Peay was a professional responsive and empathetic during the build. Ashley and Sara were just as helpful keeping us informed during the process of design and selections.

I would recommend them to anyone that wants to build a new home and if we ever build another home we would definitely use RCI again!

Built My House , They stood behind everything they said they would do, and exceed expectations. Project Manager Andy is the greatest, Hope you get him when you work with them. But everyone you work with at RCI is a stand up person. Had some issues with Selling Relator, but RCI made it right. I had Heart Surgery during the build, and they made special trips out to job site, when it was good for me , took special care of my wife when they knew I was unavailable . Would recommend them to anyone needing a home.

We have had a great experience working with RCI building the house we moved into in January 2023. The staff were knowledgeable, and worked with us through the decision-making process to help us to design the house we wanted. The build process was completed ahead of schedule and with quality workmanship. Issues were taken care of in a cooperative manner and we're very happy getting settled in to our new home.

My husband and I was new to the area and decided to build our first new home, we both feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten lucky enough to meet Matt Rutledge with RCI! Matt led us to an unfinished model home in the area and my husband and I both knew that was the home for us! We had no idea what to expect and had lots of questions along the way. Troy Szalay was assigned to be our project manager and we couldn't have been in better hands, he was very patient and responsive to all our questions and needs. We purchased a spec house from RCI and it has been the best decision we have ever made. They spared no expense on the upgrades and we could not be happier. We were paired up with Josh as our project manager and he has gone above and beyond with his services. He introduced himself early in the buying process and at our two week walk through had already gone through the entire house and marked off all the things that needed attention and he did a better job than we ever could of! We would definitely build again with RCI and Josh!

We have been completely satisfied with RCI and the new home they are building for us. The design and contract process was organized and professional. The process of selecting interior and exterior features was easy and we had excellent guidance from Katie of the RCI design team. The construction process has been smooth and on schedule. Our project manager, Brian Click, has been excellent. He communicates with us each week and keeps us informed of progress. Brian led our electrical walkthrough and it was extremely thorough. We discussed every light, every switch, and every power outlet in every room to make sure the house would be set up the way we wanted. Brian has resolved issues and answered questions quickly, and he has consistently been on top of every detail. Our house is beautiful and we’re looking forward to closing next week.

Finishing ahead of schedule, Brian and his team kept us in the loop with weekly (sometimes daily) updates. High quality care and work was maintained throughout the duration of the build.
