Our family needed a new HVAC system. We bid this job out with a couple of vendors. What stood out about AeroTech was their customer service and commitment. The phone is always answered with promptness and courtesy, and Amy makes things happen! I appreciated John's review on the equipment. He took the time to share with me what had gone wrong in non-technical terms. He shared a variety of options we could purchase. He patiently answered all of our questions too. Additionally, the team installing the new equipment were thorough and so careful to take care of our house. I appreciated all of the drop cloths put down. They worked so quietly throughout the day and when it was done you couldn't even tell they had been there! I appreciated the overview of what had been completed and how to use the new thermostat. Overall, it was a very easy process and we were most impressed with their company - we even purchased the service plan!

John and Andrew came to the house and we're very polite, put covers on their shoes, talked professionally and went above and beyond to fix and repair and set up maintenance to both of my units.
I couldn't be more thrilled with everything they did. They also offered advice and really took their time telling me about other ideas to save me money, make the house more comfortable and just flat out answer any questions I had.
Great service and I recommend anyone using them.

We arrived home to no AC and 87 degree house. I called Aerotech and they Arrived in less than two hours after I called. Andrew and Parker were polite, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. will be first I cal when I have problems. Thanks for restoring our AC on such a hot day.

Our AC went out with a sick toddler and several 100 degree days in a row. They got someone out almost immediately and were so wonderful. We had AC back within an hour and the customer service was incredible. We’ve signed up for annual service and passed their info on to our family & friends!

AC/Thermostat dead. We were referred to Aero Tech Mechanical by our normal HVAC Company since they were out of town. We were very pleased with the support we received and they were early for the appointment.

They went above and beyond to help find a leak underneath our house. We couldn’t figure out if it was the condensation lines from our AC unit. We needed clarity everything was running and the water was flowing out as it should from our units. They pumped some of the water that was left underneath the house and helped get the rest of the water out. Luckily our leak wasn’t an HVAC issue. Very polite and friendly guys! We appreciate the help with our water issue underneath the house.

I have been a customer of John’s for almost 7 years. He always is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. His team installed a dehumidifier in my crawlspace today. While down there he also fixed some AC duct work. If you have any HVAC concerns he is your guy!

Great local company. They are always quick to come out when we need them. I know when they finish a job, it’s done well. Our new system runs great. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them.

My air conditioner stopped during a heatwave of 100 degree temperatures. I called the company very early in the morning before normal business hours. They were so nice and told me they would do their best to get to me today. They came that evening. The young man that arrived was professional and friendly and had my a/c unit running in no time. Amy, Andrew and Chase are outstanding at their jobs! From the minute I called with an unknown air conditioning issue, to the point I paid (the very reasonable) bill, everything went so smoothly. Amy was quick to answer my call and took no time getting Andrew and Chase dispatched to the house. The problem was found quickly and repaired in no time. And this was on a Friday afternoon! When every hvac co was trying to sell me a new system, Aero tech’s John and Seth diagnosed the issue, and repaired it the same day for a fraction of the cost.
Update: I signed up for regular maintenance of my hvac, Mason came over this morning and serviced the unit. He went above and beyond and even helped us with some wiring fix of our Oh so smart thermostat. Thanks guys!

Extremely happy with the service I received, from making the appointment, notifications & emails received about who my technician would be & when I could expect them, to the actual appointment & results!! What a great company to do business with. Very professional, friendly and timely. Kept me informed of the timeline and very efficient while installing.
