I originally called Jack about a dishwasher that wouldn't power on. He came out and did a diagnosis and determined the main control board was bad. He explained all my options and recommended replacement rather than buying a 300$ part and paying for 200$ in labor. I ended up buying a new unit but the installer provided by the retailer was so overbooked they couldn't install for weeks. Despite not normally doing installs, Jack knew my situation and quoted a very reasonable price and was able to come out 4 days later. Install went great, he was prompt, quick, and professional. Did an excellent job all around and would recommend him for your appliance repair needs!

Jack helped me fix my dryer and did a great job. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers, and patiently discussed the issue along with the possible root causes.

He replaced the broken fuse and ran a couple of tests to make sure everything was working properly and to help prevent future issues. I also appreciate that he offers a 30-day service guarantee, which gives extra peace of mind.

They are super nice, and didn't charge us any extra when it turned out we just needed a knob replaced. Even gave us an extra knob in case we had the same problem in the future. Will definitely go back to them for future needs.

I have American home shield warranty and I've called in twice on my dryer. He's been amazing both times, and takes the time to educate us on how to get the best service from our equipment. The first issue required a replacement, and the second issue was very simple. He didn't make us feel dumb, and still took extra time to ensure quality service. He also does independent work aside from AHS, and I'd use him for that too if you don't have a home warranty.

Jack was timely in calling first thing in the morning after receiving my request for service through AHS and was exactly on time. He was able to diagnose and repair my oven quickly and even fixed the door that was off the tracks (not why I even called). Was extremely respectful and wore shoe covers and a mask the entire time he was in my home. Upon fixing my oven he stayed to make sure it was working.

Ended up not booking an appointment but Jack (I believe that was his name) was so informative and helpful surrounding my dishwasher. He was open and honest that the problem I was describing may be more costly than it's worth for the age of my washer and he gave me many "troubleshooting" tips to try myself! I had an issue with my washer and used my American Home Shield warranty to request service. I was assigned Appliance Yikes and Jack was the contractor who worked on the washer. He was courteous, prompt, and professional in every step of the process. He quickly diagnosed my problems and orders the parts needed to repair the washer. Jack was prompt, professional, courteous, and helpful. Most importantly, he fixed my washer so that it wouldn't leak water! He also popped a dent out of my washer panel, replaced a knob that was broken and a couple more non urgent fixes. He wore covers on his shoes once he entered my home.
