For both of my projects (bathroom remodel and installing a replacement wall oven requiring a panel change), Mark and Carlos were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Family Electric did all I wanted, quickly and professionally. The crew came on time, left in one hour, and charged me a reasonable amount. I have plans to call them again soon.

I have used Family Electric on several occasions. They are always prompt and assess the problem quickly. I recently had a situation where a contractor had caused damage to a line. His firm said the repair required substantial time and material. Family Electric looked at it and found a simple solution to the problem and saved $1000. They are trustworthy and fair. Family Electric has done several projects for us over the past few months on our foreclosed rebuild project. They communicate well and have a great bunch of electricians. I cannot praise them any higher and will definitely use them in the future.

I contacted this company to have a 50 amp outlet installed outside for RV hookup.
They responded the same day. Appointment was made. The electrician was 10 minutes early and they cleaned up before they left.

This is the second time we have used Family Electric, everyone I have dealt there has been professional, courteous and they showed up on time. They were actually able to come a week earlier than previously scheduled. I had a very good experience with them and would highly recommend Family Electric.

This was my first time using Family Electric, and I will call them again. They were responsive to my initial call for the problem and and worked with me to schedule around work. The electrician was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and took time to answer my questions. Prices were reasonable and workmanship was solid.

Called Family Electric to install a ceiling fan where there was no light fixture in our bedroom. From the very beginning Sarah was very nice and helpful in scheduling an appointment and the guys who showed up were on time, efficient, and great. The final cost came in at about half of what we were expecting so we were very happy and there was no mess left behind from their work. We will be using Family Electric from now on for all of our electrical needs!

When no one else would call me back, or was too busy to schedule me for service, Family Electric was responsive, and willing to fit me in. In fact, they called to say they could come out earlier than expected! The technician was professional and knowledgable, and fixed our faulty outlets quickly. We really appreciate the service and will use Family Electric again without hesitation!

Our contractor used Family Electric for the electrical work on our screen porch Feb 2020. The electricians were professional and spot on with their work. So when I needed electrical work done again, I reached out to Sarah, Office Manager. She was quick to get an estimator out and their quote was 1/2 the price of another electrician we used in the past. She worked with our schedule and the electrician Mark G. was on time, professional and again did a great job with our work. Highly recommend these folks!!!
