I was very impressed with the expertise , attention to detail and professionalism of the team from Kitchen Doctors! They go above and beyond to be sure that everything is done perfectly!

Kitchen Doctors guaranteed a timeframe and delivered us a new kitchen on schedule and on time. This was a big deal to us, knowing and realizing the remodel would not drag out for an extended period of time. Highly recommend.

After many years of hesitating and struggling to pull together plans for a sorely needed kitchen remodel, we finally met Jim and his Kitchen Doctors team. Our entire experience with Jim and his staff was wonderful, from our very first meeting to the last drop of paint, we placed all of our trust in them and it paid off big time. The results are stunning, seriously way beyond our expectations!!! Happy people here!!! They did exactly what they said they would do (and more), handled all the inevitable bumps in the road, communicated very well, and stuck to the schedule and budget. Big shout outs to Patrick and Justin for their nifty craftsmanship, Miranda for her organizational prowess, Laura for her help along the way, and of course Jim for his leadership and knowledge. And, connecting us with George and Mattonella Tile to create a stunning brick backsplash and feature wall was way over the top! We highly recommend you use Jim and the team, and tell your friends too! Thanks Jim!

I purchased my home in November of 2014, and knew right away that I needed to update my kitchen. I met with a few different people, but I had an instant connection with Laura and decided to do my upgrades with Kitchen Drs. I was very excited to start the process with them! I had my bathroom AND kitchen cabinets refaced to white, (bye bye 1984 lamiate!), had my backsplash done in my kitchen by their recommendation, and new counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with CGM. I could NOT have been happier with the results! I get compliments from everyone that comes over and I highly recommend using them. As a first time home buyer and this being my first home project, they far exceeded my expectations! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!! :)

I cannot give Kitchen Doctors enough raves! They have now done 3 of the 6 houses on our block-we recommend them to everyone! We did an entire kitchen/dining remodel, our downstairs bath, and widened an entry, redid all floors, and added lighting in our living room. We got quotes for up to 80K to do this, and Kitchen Doctors exceeded our expectations at less than half of that price! They are super hand-on, answering emails and calls within 24 hours. Laura even talked me through the cutting of our quartz countertop while I was miles away in California! Jim is a problem solver-we encountered a pipe that couldn't be moved, and he changed our cabinet size, and Patrick handcrafted a shelf to make it look like the whole thing was planned! They were open to things they hadn't done before (we built in a kegerator) and they trimmed it out, drilled the countertop hole, like it was something they did weekly. I think I say "I love this kitchen" to my husband daily, and our renovation happened over 6 months ago! I cannot give them enough accolades--they are WONDERFUL!

Kitchen Doctors was amazing to work with. Grace did an excellent job helping us figure things out. All my phone calls and emails were returned very quickly. The time table for things to be done was amazing. I highly recommend them for a kitchen remodel.

We went with Kitchen Doctors because they seemed to understand our desires for a kitchen that fit us. The install guys who showed up were polite, helpful, and looked out for interests throughout the whole process.

Following our full kitchen remodel, Kitchen Doctors is one of the vendors that we are happy to refer. They were clear about how the process was going to go. Even after the project was finished, they made sure we were happy.

Our kitchen remodel experience was fabulous! The team at Kitchen Doctors had the plan in place and our kitchen was only out of use for 3 weeks. While it took a bit longer to be completely finished, we were functional and moving back in much more quickly than we expected. And we are soooooo pleased with the end result. They took the least favorite place in our home and made it 'the' place to be! 5 stars to Jim and his team!

Kitchen Doctors surpassed every expectation and delivered on every promise. Jim asked questions and studied my Pinterest boards to understand my wish list. We talked about budget and expectations, and then he presented us with his vision to transform our cramped and outdated kitchen into more than I ever imagined possible. Communication was great during construction. Every afternoon I received an email from Miranda to make sure everything that happened that day was satisfactory and to confirm the next step – who would be arriving, what they were supposed to do, and a phone number in case I needed to call them. The contractors they sent were fantastic. They were all very friendly, respectful of my home, and each did a great job – even cleaning up after they left. The best of the best was Patrick, the field manager and all around great guy. I’m sure there are equally skilled cabinet installers, but Patrick took such pride to make sure everything was perfect. He is a true artisan; a magician with wood. I still marvel at the way he perfectly joined existing crown molding to the new crown on the cabinets. No big project is complete without a hiccup or two, but even when it was my fault, Kitchen Doctors went out of their way to keep everything moving forward. Always more than fair, their customer service is second to none. I love my new kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Jim, Patrick, and Miranda!

Kitchen Doctors did a fabulous job refacing my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities! As soon as my custom doors and finishes arrived in their showroom, we established an installation date. The project which included the installation of a backsplash was completed in three days! I absolutely love the new look of my kitchen and bathrooms! What a professional company! Thank you, Kitchen Doctors!

We had a great experience with Kitchen Doctors! Ours was mostly a reface project plus installation of two new pantry cabinets and rollouts in all of the base cabinets. Our one-man KD crew finished it all in 5 days plus 1 wrap-up day to take care of some minor issues. I was impressed that KD ordered replacements for 2 damaged cabinet doors before I had even noticed! The refaced cabinets look great, like new, and such a welcome change from the old painted-over knotty pine with exposed hinges. Kitchen Doctors was so easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. Every day my husband and I say "We love our kitchen!"

It seems that everyone has a horror story associated with any sort of remodeling job. I don't have one. I am pleased as can be with how my kitchen remodel turned out. I cannot emphasize enough how great it was having a project manager. Miranda was our project manager at Kitchen Doctors, and she made sure that everything went according to plan. I can't imaging having to coordinate electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, painting, etc. on my own, and thanks to Miranda I didn't have to. She put together a timeline and kept all the various parts working together. Work started on time and finished on time. Our kitchen is so much better than it was before. When an unexpected problem occurred during the installation of a new floor, Miranda made sure that our concerns were met. It didn't even interrupt our timeline. Kitchen Doctors were true to their word from the start, and I highly recommend them.

We are so thrilled with our renovated kitchen! Kitchen Doctors made our small space more functional and beautiful. We replaced the cabinets, countertops, and flooring and added some electrical updates. Their designers helped us use the space better and suggested very cool add-ons. They recommended and scheduled all of the contractors (their employees do all of the cabinet installation work), and everyone was professional, on time, and skilled in their area. They even stuck to the schedule to the day! The whole project was completed in a little over two weeks, and we absolutely love the results.

We couldn't recommend Kitchen Doctors more. We were a bit unsure of what to expect going in to a large remodel, but the Kitchen Doctors team put us at ease with their friendly and knowledgeable service. The entire experience was great! From help with the initial design until the remodel was complete, the project adhered to the original timeline provided and they delivered on what they promised. We love our new kitchen!! Jim and Laura from Kitchen Doctors are the ULTIMATE dream team!! We contracted with them to do a total kitchen renovation; which included knocking down/shifting interior walls, installing new hardwood floors, new cabinets and counter tops, all new appliances, and recessed lighting.
This was our first major home renovation. We were sold after Jim came by to look at our kitchen and came up with the most brilliant solution for our unique space issue! Jim's decades of experience are invaluable and we greatly appreciated his no nonsense, up-front demeanor. Laura is an absolute joy to work with and you can trust that she will always have your best interest in mind. Kitchen doctors will provide the cabinets, project design, and scheduling. Everything else was sub-contracted out. Jim and Laura drew up a flawless design, a reasonable schedule, and connected us with several reputable sub-contractors; including Landmark Custom Remodeling, Davis & Associates Flooring, and Tucker's Plumbing. Jim and Laura will give you the option of either dealing directly with the sub-contractors or having them serve as a "general contractor" for an additional fee. We decided to cut costs and work directly with the sub-contractors, which went perfectly. Miraculously, Jim and Laura's team finished everything on-schedule almost to the day (the entire project took 4-6 weeks)!! When there was one miscommunication related to drywall work, Jim heard us out and covered the cost without hesitation. Overall, we could not have been happier with the quality of work performed and our overall experience with Kitchen Doctors. Jim and Laura are communicative, trustworthy, and have a great eye for beautiful/functional kitchens. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Kitchen Doctors and plan to continue using them if we ever need another kitchen update!
