A very nice place my friend Orrin , from o fix it rva went in to get a replacement piece for a pipe under the sink and the lady was very nice, friendly and helpful .

We just had them replace our hot water heater, called yesterday, were here the next morning, diagnosed the issue was a hole in it, replaced it that morning. Fast, reliable, and affordable.

I have used Precision Plumbing for years. They have come to my house replaced pumps and tanks. I have never had a problem getting an estimate doing the work or cleaning up after themselves. Great service is just a phone call away. I have referred them to friends and family. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I am on a septic tank / well water system and bought a whole house filtration system off of Amazon. I called Precision Plumbing for a quote on installing it. They responded immediately, had someone take a look at my super tight installation space, and gave me a quote within a few days time.

I hired them for the work and they showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done quick. They are also great at answering questions and helping educate you on general plumbing knowledge. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience with this company. Very helpful, professional and prompt. Repaired a toilet flange and replaced toilet upon initial visit. We noticed an issue with the repair and they were extremely helpful in determining the cause and sent a second representative back out to remedy the issue with the previous install. I truly respect the fact that they stand by their work and correct an issue when necessary, ensuring the job is completed to satisfaction.

I had a plumbing emergency and this place is nearby. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and the two women could not have been more helpful. They helped me find all the fittings I needed and even pointed out that I needed some things I hadn’t considered. They were very affordable and even threw in a few fittings for free. Highly recommend this place. Glad to have small businesses out here like this one.

They didn't have the special order part that I needed but they were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to get my repair completed.

I paid $2,500 to have all of the copper piping replaced underneath my house in March of 2015 they came to my house and replaced my piping they left what's in my yard where their company vehicles drove in my yard it took two weeks to fix the ruts then in October 2015 I called them because I had no water I was told that I probably wouldn't be able to be seen that day and they didn't know when they could get somebody out I had to call a different plumber who informed me that no water is an emergency service they came out that day to fix a problem on my pressure tank then proceeded to tell me that one of the pipes that was replaced had been leaking ever since it was put in they gave me the pipe which was taken to precision it cost me $75 to fix that pipe I asked for a $75 refund which I was told no you would think that putting out $2,500 for a job that was done wrong to begin with a small reimbursement of $75 would happen

Dont be decieved... this company does not stand behind what their techs tell you in your home. Called in with water heater problem. Turned out to be electrical problem. Tech was here 5 mins. Said dont worry about charge, will tell owner not to charge you since I didnt do anything and was only here for a few minutes. Then tech turns around and LIES telling office he didnt say that. They charged me $125 for a 5 minute visit. And I am a customer that just spent a thousand dollars with them last month. Beware, they aren't looking for loyalty... they are looking for every penny... right now. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN !!!
