Service was friendly, prompt, very reasonably priced, and communication was on point! I would highly recommend Fresh Start for your electrical needs. They replaced a power cord on commercial kitchen equipment and removed the broken prong from the outlet.

We had Adam and Zach over to do our whole house generator installation. These guys were timely, professional and very knowledgeable. The project was completed within the timeline.
They have is a thorough walk through of the operation and controls/instructions and setting up the weekly test. We also had them install an additional outlet for our garage freezers while they were doing the generator work, and we're very pleased with their insights regarding installation options and with the end results.

We are looking forward to using them again for interior home lighting upgrades, and other electrical needs, especially since they give you an actual quote. We found that reassuring with our generator and outlet installation, so we know the work will be done accordingly and in a timely manner by their team of professionals.

Fresh Start is awesome! They’ve done several jobs for us, from installing attic exhaust fans and recessed lighting, to fixing bad outlets. They are always professional, leave the job site better than they found it, and are a pleasure to talk with. I will always use their services!

These guys were fantastic! I had several small things i needed done. They were the first to give me a quote and actually show up! Within a day they were out to take a look at what i needed and within a week they completed the job. The 3 guys who showed up were all very polite and professional. Austin and Jacob did an excellent job on replacing some faulty outlets in my kitchen. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, explaining everything as they went. I’m very happy with the work they did and will be sure to reach out in the future if I have further needs.

I have used Fresh Start Electrical twice this year and have been very pleased with the service they provided. Last Spring we had several outside lanterns replaced and Steven and his trainee Gavin were so helpful. They were even able to make adjustments to install a new doorbell that I purchased which didn't exactly fit, but when they were finished it worked perfectly.
Recently I needed some work done at our office building and was so amazed at the job that Cooper and Cody did. Not only did they correct the problem we were having with some overhead lights but Cooper upgraded our older light fixtures so that not only did they work better but he explained that we wouldn't need to change the bulbs for many years to come. Both teams were there on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. I would also like to mention Brooke who does the scheduling. She is very professional and courteous on the phone and helpful with getting my appointments set up. I would highly recommend Fresh Start and plan on using them for any electrical problems in the future.

Extremely happy we decided to contact First Start Electrical. First, the work completed was done professionally and looks/works great! Second, the contractors were respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Third, from the initial contact all the way through the end of the job, the communication from everyone was amazing. Phone calls when they said they would call, emails came through like they said, call/text ahead of time before arrival, etc. We greatly appreciate every aspect of our experience and will use again if needed. Stephen and Jordon came out today to install an exterior outlet. They were AWESOME! On time, pleasant, confirmed what my requirements were, got right to work. The work was completed fast (the power source to draw from was closer than expected) so the real price was less than quoted. I will certain contact Fresh Start when I have an electrical need again.
