Outstanding service! My technician, Patrick, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it back up and running in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained every aspect of the problem and the repair process clearly, and made sure I felt informed throughout. I really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend this company, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Patrick!

Air Specialty has been servicing my heating and air conditioning in my home for 4 years. Every technician has been personable, knowledgeable, and very conscientious. I have never been displeased in the slightest. This is a great company.

Our ac pan is leaking in the attic and Thomas gave us all options in fixing it and replacing it. I appreciate the low pressure and options. I felt he was being honest. We have scheduled a tech to come out to ensure he was spot on before moving forward. Thomas did not treat me like I was ignorant which, as a female, I deeply appreciate. I hate when men talk down to me because I do a ton of my own research and know what is going on. He did not underestimate my knowledge. Thanks Thomas!

First time using Air Specialty. Our A/C unit failed and they were recommended to us. Scheduling was able to get a technician over today.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He fully explained all the options available to us. I highly recommend this company based both on my and my sister’s experience with them.

Josh was the absolute best. Very up front and honest about the issues with our furnace and costs. He even took the time to check in with me daily on the status of parts ordered AND he only took two hours compared to previous quotes of 4 hours and much more knowledgable. Great service! Had a completely blown compressor and the whole system was replaced and repaired in a few hours. Dylan explained everything simply so anyone could understand and was able to go into great detail for someone like me who knows the system. An absolute great experience.

Fast response to a new customer. Their tech, Riley, was knowledgeable and explained his findings and recommendations clearly. The price below included a check of two systems and a yearly membership (twice annual systems checks a priority service.).

Had a great experience with Air Specialty when my compressor failed last week. Dylan was professional and helpful with the quote and Damian’s team was professional and efficient with the install. I appreciate that Air Specialty worked with me on the price and were able to get the install done a week sooner than the other two companies I had gotten quotes from. It’s painful spending that much money unexpectedly, a little less painful when we feel you are getting treated right in the process. I am thankful to Air Specialty for that. Great communication and great service all around.

Riley showed up on time and performed comprehensive testing and maintenance on our three air conditioning units. He explained his findings and then scheduled our 6 month checkup. Nice work!

Riley was professional in the assessment of the ductwork. Explained the process and options completely. Even found standing water in the crawlspace and let me know his observation. Even provided a picture. Very impressed

This was our first time working with this company. They have handled the HVAC servicing for the prior owners of our new home! Dan was super helpful in ensuring our home was working optimally and that all of our concerns were addressed. We look forward to working with him in the future!

A minor glitch in my system caused the AC to stop working so I needed some help. Despite the fact that it was almost 10pm, Chandler responded to my text promptly and walked me through some possible “easy fixes”. The next day Mike made time in his own schedule to come by and after some minor adjustments, cool air returned to my condo. I recommend this company to friends and family… people I like and am accountable to!! My brother recently called for the first time and was also very happy with their service.
