Finally, a company that actually picks up the phone when you call! Their communication is stellar.

These guys made sure our freezer and cooler were fixed right!! As an owner of a food business, they saw the importance of getting it right so we wouldn’t lose any inventory. They worked until 11 pm on a Friday night and we are very grateful. We are very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone!

I am a manager for a local business and had some guys doing work on our roof while this company was working on another store roof next to us. I couldn't get ahold of the guys on our roof and the technician from B&Z actually went up and talked to our guys for me. He was very courteous and polite and didn't need to go so far out of his way to help someone he didn't know and wasn't currently working for. To me this shows a lot about the integrity of the people they hire and has definitely put the company down as one I'd like to hire for any HVAC needs.

Norfolk Heating and Air Conditioning is the real deal. Quick response, fair pricing, and professional service. The technician knew what he was doing and didn’t waste time. Great company all around.

The cost was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Norfolk Heating and Air Conditioning remains a reliable HVAC provider.

We had a contract with B&Z for our commercial buildings. At one site that we rented B&Z replaced 500 ton roof unit located on a rubber roof in Chesapeake. A month or so after the HVAC replacement, we are sent a 250.00 roofing bill from our property owner, along with multiple pictures of all the screws and pieces of metal that they were forced to clean up because it was left on the roof after the repair. When I asked the property owner about the situation he said he was afraid to leave this huge metal casing for fear it would blow off and hurt someone and he would be liable. Plus leaving screws on rubber roofs can so easy cause punctures that he was very concerned and was forced to pay a roofer to clean up. He then forwarded the bill to me. When I presented B&Z with the bill they refused to pay. In our experience we did not receive a professional job from B&Z and were forced more than once to pay people to come behind and fix their work.
