This Company is horrible. Incompetent at best. Do not use them.

This company has done unethical practices including charging their clients for services they didn’t provide and will gaslight them when they inquire about it! This is one you do not want to do business with!

I live in a development where the HOA has contracted this company for our landscaping maintenance. They are not very consistent, the owner is rude and very unprofessional. They do NOT adhere to the services of our contract and do not appear to care how poorly our development is maintained. If you are thinking about doing business with them, think again!

CREEP alert. These guys were working on a project for my cousin and he wasn’t very happy with the work. He called the head guy over to have a talk. I was unfortunately left alone with him for a moment and things got super scary and creepy. My cousin said he would never use them again.

Fellow landscaper here. Horizon was clearing trees on city property and they posted up their chipper rig in a business lot for which I maintain. No big deal there, I understand the necessity for it. As the attached photos will show, they chose to leave a good portion of the rear parking lot riddled with chipper debris. What a disgusting lack of professional courtesy.

Use another service! I work as a grounds crew in a major industrial chain in the area. Management contracted these guys and it has been a nightmare ever since. Horizon crew is lazy, late, and rude. We had to re-do most of their work. The owner is just a kid! Completely out of his depth. Not willing to accept constructive criticism at all. If you see these guys run!

if there business resembles how they drive on the highway, I wouldn't do business with this company. Truck 22, not only did you have a headlight out but you were driving erratically and riding the bumpers of all cars in front of you(not just mine). I find that when a company acts like this, it is only the beginning of the problems they will continue to have in the market they are in. I hope this isn't a representation of the management of Horizon.
