These guys are GREAT! I recommend Free Zone to anyone with hvac needs. They were very professional and did a fast heatpump installation during the hottest days of summer. They are reliable and very conscientious and friendly. Free Zone is the way to go!

Chris H was the man- had a complicated problem with an old furnace. He stuck with it and got it running for us.

Jonathan was AWESOME!!! Well let me go back to the beginning. I came home about 6pm to a HOT house. I logged on to Home Advisor, did a search and was referred to 3 companies. Before I could make the first phone call... FreeZone was calling me---less than 3 min after my query!! I was told they could come out first thing, the next morning (I refuse to pay the emergency fee... lol). I know my unit is old...but they did not try to sell me a unit. They honestly told me all I needed was coolant. Jonathan was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He walked me through the entire process-- and to me that speaks wonders! I will definitely recommend and call them for my future HVAC needs.

These guys did a awesome job for me! Johnathan the sale and service guy was a pleasure to do bussiness with, and his crew are fantastic too.They respond to your calls,show up on time,do quailty work,clean up after themselves.They removed two existing heat pump systems and installed two brand new heat pump systems for me.If you have any HVAC work definitely call them.

We were thoroughly pleased with the removal and replacement of the 2 HVAC systems in our home. In addition to the HVAC units, all the original duct work was removed and replaced in support of our upstairs unit. Jonathan and crew were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Their performance went over and above the expectations of the original quote! I will recommend them to all friends and family.

Free Zone came highly recommended AND I am soooo thankful for the referral. Before contacting FZ, I searched reviews online and prayed for the same positive experience AND I was NOT disappointed.
Placed call and submitted an online request 8/13/2023 Sunday evening. The next morning, I received two calls (they are indeed responsive). Tuesday Jonathan came out (he is Godsent)...8/16/2023 Wednesday I finally had cool air (after dealing with home warranty company for 2.5 weeks).

WITHOUT hesitation, I highly recommend this company. Everyone that I interacted with at FZ- from the phone to in-person visit was professional and very responsive.

The technician, Jonathan, was very punctual, super polite, and really helpful explaining what was wrong with my heating system. The replacement was quick and inexpensive. I especially appreciate him being so quick to respond while we're dealing with colder than normal temperatures and a recent snowfall. Would definitely work with again!

Chris, the technician was quite knowledgeable about HVAC work, Co-operative and helpful. He has pleasant manners.

I had these guys come out to replace my heat pump and they were awesome. They were extremely responsive and offered a competitive quote. I had 2 other bigger companies out to give me quotes and I wasn't impressed with the other companies.

Freezone responded immediately and they were able to come out quickly to provide a quote and then replace they system. The guy who came out was extremely professional and was not pushy about making a sale. I felt like he was honest about everything. Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, he also sent me detailed information about the system they would install if we chose them so I could make an informed decision. Every question I had was answered so quickly. They took their time, tested everything, and cleaned up afterwards.

I wanted to wait a little bit to use both the heat and air before writing the review. It's all working great and the install looks very well done. Being new to homeownership means I have to find places, usually by reviews, to fix the things that break. The other places had high ratings with hundreds of reviews but I didn't find them impressive. Freezone exceeded all of my expectations and I was highly impressed with them. If you need any hvac services, I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

Amazing customer service, amazing technicians and amazing overall. Jonathan was excellent to work with and took his time to explain the step by step service we were going to receive with our new unit. I will definitely refer this company to all my neighbors and friends.

Extremely happy with the service provided from this company i had jason come out to do a tune up and he was super honest and helpful i had a burnt wire in my system and jason took care of it all in under 30 minutes. The prices was very reasonable. I would highly recommend freezone to friends and family and will be using them again.

The home was not cooling properly, called Sunday evening, thinking I am going to get a voicemail and I actually was able to speak to a technician who was able to get someone to my home Monday. Jonathan, the technician came on time and was able to fix the issue, but not only that, he was respectful, courteous and answered my questions. Very good company to work with in my book!

Came out super quickly, got fixed quickly. It was a decent price. But then again, I don't know too much about how much these things cost, so take that with a grain of salt. No complaints
