I found Midlothian Mechanical after calling every single plumbing company I could in the area on a Friday evening. I had a water leak turning my front yard into a mud puddle. As of today (Tuesday) they were the only ones to answer. And honestly - I’m so glad they did. Michael was incredibly kind, conscientious, and knowledgeable - and he taught me every step of the way, which means a lot. He went above and beyond to fix the issue, and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much!!

Ashton was amazing today! I called on a Saturday at 3pm and he called back within thirty minutes and came out within the hour and got our unit back up and running. Thank goodness because it was 100 degrees today! Definitely recommend him.

They did amazing quick and easy

Midlothian Mechanical was extremely communicative from the time I requested an appointment to having my new unit installed. Gary took time out of his Sunday to come by to get information on a quote and promptly provide the quote. They worked with me to get a unit that fit my budget. The installation process was easy and the poor guys even worked patiently with 4 miniature dachshunds barking nonstop at them. lol. I highly recommends this company.

Ashton figured out the problem when another company could not. The people at Midlothian mechanical are excellent and will definitely help you.

Raheem and Nin took the time to clearly explain the problems and the steps needed to fix them, making the whole process smooth and understandable. Mike was outstanding—his attention to detail, excellent communication, and dedication to resolving the issue, even working over the weekend, truly impressed us. Although we had a service contract with them for years without needing to call, their hard work during this critical time has earned our support. We are very pleased with the maintenance and repairs we have received from Midlothian Mechanical. The techs are friendly, cheerful and easy going and every one of them are very experienced and knowledgeable. Luckily we have not needed any major repairs in the past few years but they have fixed a number if things to keep us running. Great peace of mind in any season!

The install of my new HVAC system last week (during an East Coast Heatwave) went off beautifully. The installers, Rebecca & Chase were so polite, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they have to deal with the heat, they had to listen to 2 dogs on non stop bark-a-thon and they never said a word. My new system is working GREAT and I couldn’t be happier! Also, wanted to mention Alex, who came to work the estimate. Alex was also super nice and provided great information and answered all of my questions on the spot! John is our latest Midlothian Mechanical hero. By his persistence and ingenuity her revived our AC compressor dated 11/2001 for a while longer. This company is the best, They recently installed a HVAC unit for us promptly, and effectively at a reasonable price. Ashton has been our regular mechanic and he always keeps us informed about his work.
