Two young technicians, Jerimiah and Jaylen who were extremely knowledgeable, respectful and courteous fixed a very difficult plumbing issue after another was unable to resolve. They worked nonstop for more than two hours until the issue was resolved. They exhibited a strong work ethic, persistence, and dedication as a great team. They took extra care of my home ensuring everything was in place, functioning properly and cleaned up thoroughly. They came prepared and did a remarkable job! I was truly impressed with Jerimiah's leadership and professionalism. He took the time to keep me informed throughout the process then educated me on preventative measures to avoid issues in the future. This was a quality customer experience. 5 Stars for these two bright technicians.

Great company, fast, efficient and friendly staff.

Have used this company for close to 5 years at my business there is never a job to big or to small. Professional knowledgeable and above all will go out of there way to make your experience with them a good one. Tirrell is my plumber and for life.

Chuck, a young plumber with TP&L, just spent 4 1/2 hours fixing my very dead hot water heater. I can’t praise him enough. He was neat, professional, thorough and went above and beyond to give me hot water again. I can’t thank him enough, or give him enough praise. Five stars, absolutely.
