We found our new home when we were driving by in the neighborhood and looking for new construction homes. We were initially attracted to the beautiful stone facade exterior, a signature of Christopher Companies. It was stunning inside as well; elegant features such as high quality hardwood floors to granite countertops, among others, come standard. Z-Wave technology package and tankless water heaters make this Green building uniquely futuristic!

From their Sales staff to their Construction team, all the way through Customer Service, these people actually care, have integrity and do make dreams come true! There standard features are upgrades with other builders, these folks provide the best value offered in a standard package I could find around town.

The Christopher Companies truly cares about their customers and also the surrounding neighborhoods to not detract from the homes that are already there. Working with the Project Managers and the Superintendents during the building process is smooth and pain free. They are always there to answer your questions and calm any concerns along the way. Once your home is built, the Christopher Companies has by far the best and most responsive customer service department of any I have ever dealt with.
