I have been doing business with them for many years. I miss Alan :( , but his daughter, Laura, and Joe are continuing on with the business the same way Alan would have.

Tremendous service, reasonably priced and did the job to perfection and used quality materials to fix some minor plumbing issues in the master bathroom and even helped out with some new kitchen faucet and disposal work we have been meaning to get to. Highly recommend and will definitely use again

My husband and I have used Plumbing Works for at least 30 years. First, they respond very quickly, even on holidays and weekends. I stopped up my sink on Thanksgiving Day and Alan responded and was at my house within 2 hours. Second, the quality of their work is exceptional. They never cut corners. Lastly their prices are very fair. I truly feel that I get what I paid for. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Works.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Nate, the plumber who came out, was also fantastic. I highly recommend Plumbing Works Inc. for any plumbing needs. The plumber was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. They replaced old washing machine valves and shutoff lines efficiently, corrected a poorly installed shower temperature control from a previous plumber, and replaced an outdoor spigot so hoses attach properly. Everything was done with care and precision. Reliable, competent, and easy to work with—I'll definitely call them again for future plumbing projects.

Plumbing Works was fantastic! Great communication, price and service! Our technician was super friendly, enjoyed meeting our doggo and was very professional! He was in and out in two hours but was able to complete two jobs for us. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be calling them again in the future for any new issues!

My relationship started with Plumbing Works 30 years ago when we moved into the neighborhood. Big Al, the owner, lived in the same neighborhood. Everytime we had a Plumbing need Al would take care of it. When Al passed I was told by his wife that the business was still active and to call Laura if I had a need. Shortly after that conversation our hot water heater went out. I called Laura who talked me through the options and benefits. I decided to use them. The job was thorough, professional and courteous! The two plumbers treated my house as if it was their own. I found out that they had been working with Big Al since they were kids! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

Since moving into our new house in Oakton about 8 years ago, we have needed to call at least 5 different plumbers (too many to remember). Through an advertisement of Plumbing Works at our daughter’s elementary school, we decided to give them a try for our most recent needs. I was extremely impressed working with Laura around the holidays and her willingness to go the extra mile to help service our needs with great customer service. Laura did everything on her end to minimize our costs. When the appointment date arrived, we met our plumber Nate. Nate took the time to understand our issues and conduct his own investigation. After providing his analysis, Nate was very thorough with explaining his recommendations and further discussing the options. Unlike prior plumbers, Nate was extremely honest with what really needed to be fixed without pressuring an upsell on nice to haves or non-issues. Nate was very friendly, honest, and affordable. We will continue working with Plumbing Works as our go to service.
