We have used Thornton Electrical several times for both dock electrical and household work. They are great to work with! We have dealt with Tony, Bobby, Cameron, and Brody. They are very customer service oriented and able to solve confusing problems in old houses. They sent Todd out for estimates and were easy to work with to schedule installations. We highly recommend them!

Rocky from Thornton Electric was the kindest , most professional person I've ever dealt with !!! Soooo thorough and really seemed to care !!! He completed the work after calling one time !!! He came right over and diagnosed the issue , THEN promptly fixed it !!! I would recommend Thornton Electric to ANYONE that has electrical issues !!!!!

We hired Thornton Electric to handle a few small electrical jobs at our home on Carney Farm Lane. The price quoted was very fair.

Today the 2-man crew showed up on time. They knew exactly what to do, and had all the materials and tools on hand. These two guys worked better as a team than any crew I've seen in a long time.

The work was completed in one day as promised. Everything was perfect.

I called on Sunday and needed help for my client. The worker was there within 30 minutes. He was so efficient. He explained the issue and fixed it. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is our second time using Thornton.

Prompt next day service. Associate was kind, explained the issue and was entirely professional. We thought we were going to need a ceiling fan replacement but it ended up being a much smaller issue that was fixed in 5 minutes. I would have appreciated being charged half the rate for something so simple.
I’d still highly recommend and call again for future service.

So this review is Highly mixed. The electricians themselves are wonderful, gave good recommendations, great to work with. But to get an appointment takes considerable phone calls. I had to call weekly to find my status, and 1 of the order 'tickets' got lost. Plus they will randomly call you if someone else cancels, which is fine if you have no life, and stay at home all the time. NO of course I can't do it today, I have a JOB! NO answering machine so you can't even leave a message. Oh and they literally quit at 3, no phone call will be answered at 3:01. Glad I used them for this big stuff, but won't again.

Came out and a apprentice named Joey Brown couldn't find the cables said he l wasn't qualified and called his dad

I dont see a phone number listed on google so I am leaving a note online.
I was driving on 495 around 11AM today and someone in a company van drove on the white dashed line between myself and another vehicle in the fast lane to get around my car in the middle lane. I manage a branch for a local contracting company so I personally would want to know if someone was driving this unsafe and putting themselves and others at risk. It was totally unacceptable and quite frankly it sheds a bad light on the company regarding the quality of the people hired.

Had one of there workers come buy for a quote. They where polite and professional. They said they would have someone call me with a quote
After several days no one called. I called their office and I am sure that I talked to Thornton, i asked him about the quote and he said he would only do the work on an hourly basis and that it would be more expensive. It wasn't a big job so i guess it wasn't good enough for him. At least he could have returned the call rather me wasting my time waiting for him.
