Hamilton and Doug arrived on time and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and even cleaned every speck of dirt that was tracked in or down from the attic. I can't thank them enough for all the extra care they took of our home. System works fantastic too! Great teamwork, thanks Energy Pro for another job well done. We can always count on you to send the best!

Tony did a great job in getting our upstairs A/C up and running. He was courteous and kept us informed as he was working. Thorough in his search for the root cause of the issue.

Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. Found my problem and got it fixed rather than trying to sell me a bounce of stuff. Energy Pro has provided me with prompt, excellent service for many years. Today, Tony and David came out for a system checkup. He inspected the outside unit and the air handler in the attic. Having a technician who I've come to know and trust is very reassuring.

The experience was awesome from start to finish! I have been going back and forth with another company for 3 days and getting nowhere. Their last visit here they were still unable to fix it.
I spoke to your office Friday and Reid was here by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Within about 15 minutes he found what he thought was the problem. He Explained it to me and even showed me a picture so I could better understand. About 20 minutes later it was fixed and we were up and running. Energy Pro definitely has a new customer!! It is refreshing in this day and age to find this kind of service attitude. I will definitely tell others!

Josh was such a pleasure to talk to as he recommended what needed to be done and didn’t make me feel pressured into doing more than what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about what he does. He was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to give me estimates on what needed to be done in the future and also what a new unit would cost me. I really enjoy the service and the people who work for Energy Pro. I will always recommend them to anyone because I trust in what service they provide the community. I’ve been happy with them since my neighbor gave me their number.

Tony is very professional and explains things for me to understand. Heat went out on coldest night of the year. ENERGY PRO was here in less than 48 hrs. Unit is working perfectly now. Inside temp was 53 when he got here and 62 and climbing when he left. HIGHLY recommend ENERGY PRO!

Reid was excellent- he went above and beyond on our regularly scheduled maintenance. We are thankful for his attention to detail and work to make sure we survive the summer heat.

Every encounter I have with Tony and this company has been exceptional. I would refer them 10X’s over. They have been to my home several of times and it has been so pleasant. They even took the time out to change my filter for me so I don’t have to climb up there to do it myself. Forever thankful to them for that because I’m scared of heights. Tony arrived in a very timely manner on a Saturday and thoroughly diagnosed and explained my failed compressor among other issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and put in the time for me to really understand what was going on with the system. Stand up good guy you know isn’t playing games and money grabbing on unneeded repairs/replacement. Didn’t even accept tips stating his company treats him well which imo speaks volumes.

Angie also went above and beyond. I called six other places before finding these guys and hung up on 3 people who picked up not sounding helpful/ friendly or confident in coordinating. Angie is the perfect blend of friendly professionalism that is hard to come by. She knows her stuff, had excellent follow up and helped coordinate ambiguous warranty work most places would have acted like was not covered.

When it comes to people coming to your house and fixing something that you can’t fix yourself you have to choose someone you trust. These guys proved that to me and I will be making them my first call. I will also recommend Energy Pro to all my family and friends. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Energy Pro is an honest company who cares about providing excellent service. They recently installed a new AC unit at a great price. There were a few hiccups afterwards and they were extremely quick to respond on a Sunday morning to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Energy Pro has completed several jobs in our home and we will continue to work with them. Everyone in the company is friendly and professional. As he was with prior projects, Reid was friendly, honest, and was great to work with through the quoting and sales portion of our new mini split system. He answered additional questions and was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Doug and Todd were courteous and professional during the installation. They had excellent workmanship and left the inside and outside of our home as clean as they found it!

*Updated* Our main home heating and air unit needed replacement. We decided to go with Energy Pro due to our prior positive experiences. The process went smoothly from beginning to end. Bryce and Kyle were friendly and professional. They even worked in the rain in order to complete the job in a timely manner. We will continue to use and recommend them for our heating and cooling needs!

So thankful that Energy Pro could work us in on such a terribly cold and busy day! Our heat went out on one coldest days we’ve had in a while. Tony Martin came out and got our system back up and running very quickly. He was courteous and thoughtful and throughout his time in our home. Tony diagnosed my furnace problem and did a great job fixing it. The experience with Energy Pro was much better than a previously called A-1 tech who seemed more interested in getting rich than fixing the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Pro Heating and Cooling for working on any heating or cooling problems encountered.

Very satisfied with the installation, Reid and his installer David were easy to grt along with, explained things, and cleaned up well. Overall, friendly and competent staff.

I had a new Carrier system installed 04 November 2024. Everything went perfectly. Reid came out with an assistant to do the install. They were both polite and professional. The work area was left clean. The Carrier equipment is very quiet, works well, and is easy to operate. Reid took the time to go over the operation of the system with me.

I can't say enough to compliment my experience with this company. I strongly recommend Energy Pro, and Reid specifically, for any HVAC needs.
