When my next door neighbor returned from his vacation and looked at the spot where that tree had been, he remarked that it was hard for him to visualize it except that there was sawdust on the spot. The job was just that clean.

Tommy and his crew are the best. We've hired them on three occasions now and they always do a great job for us.

They went above and beyond to make sure that my trees were trimmed correctly to provide the right look. The were offered a fair price and did a great job with clean up.

They were polite and professional on the phone. Everything that they said they were going to do they did. They were super careful on my property and did not mess up the lawn. They cleaned up every speck of debris as promised. I highly recommend them. So nice to find a business you can trust.

Eastern Forestry & Tree service did a great job cutting down a giant red oak that was hanging over my garage also they cut down three twenty five foot limbs that was hanging over my car port.They got everything cut and down on the ground with no damage to anything.They are very professional and pleasant to deal with,they showed up on time with plenty of help and equipment. I would definitely call them back if I have anymore tree work I need done.

2 massive trees came down during a windstorm. Eastern Forestry's quote was REASONABLY PRICED. They handled the cutting and disposal of the trees, ground the stumps and smoothed out the area, leveled the ground that had been displaced by the feld trees and cleaned up the entire area as though there had never been trees in the area. The company's owners and employees are extremely professional, courteous, Timely and easy to work with. They are now my go to Tree Service Company. I would recommend them to everyone.

Eastern Forestry was great, nothing at all left in my yard. They needed to take down a piece of my fence and when they put it back up they fixed a piece that had fallen down before they came. A wonderful group of men. If I had more trees, I’d have them come back.

Company came as scheduled. All men worked together to remove my 3 trees, cleaning up the small branches, wood chips, etc. Everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend Eastern Forestry - and will use them again.

I don’t usually write reviews but these guys at Eastern Forestry prevented a disaster. Last week we had a huge, uprooted Poplar tree just barely being held up by a Hickory tree – the poplar would have made a direct hit on our house. This was last week the day after one storm and the day before the rain from Hurricane Ida was set to hit. Having used Eastern Forestry before I gave them a call to see what maybe could be done before the rain came through. I’ll just say Donna is the most helpful and truly caring person I’ve ever worked with from any company. Tom came out, assessed the situation, and worked to get the tree down to remove all risk of it falling on our house – which it would have the next day. The way this team of professionals acted you would have thought the tree was going to hit one of their own homes. They truly cared about the situation, risk and circumstances and just could not have been more of a help in any way. Eastern Forestry goes above and beyond in every category – processional, timely, communication, fair, caring, skilled, you name it. I’ll never look to another tree company again – give this team at Eastern Forestry a try. They are the best out there..

Tommy, Donna and the crew are great to work with. They removed a number of trees, removed the stumps and cleaned up all debris. Please use them for any tree service.

We hired Eastern Forestry to remove a dying cherry tree. They were fast, efficient, courteous and cleaned up everything. Both my mother and our neighbor used them as well for large trees.
We observed the same efficient well done jobs. Highly recommend this company.

The fact this company called and arranged for Dominion Power to come out was a PLUS! They let us know what to expect and average time to complete. Completion time was faster than expected. Eastern also gave us suggestions for the remaining tree that we kept for the moment. Additional advice given about dealing with the neighbor's tree that was hanging over our property. We will be contacting Eastern again .

Eastern tree service was at my neighbors home for tree trimming/removal. They were great as the came to right over to my home for the same work without me having to schedule an appointment! They were professional, fast and left our yard looking great! I definitely recommend them!

This family run business is amazing!

They removed six large trees and ground the stumps in two eight hour days. Each day they arrived early and when I came home from work they not only had three large trees down and stumps ground but also had everything cleaned up!
I had a few tree service folks give me estimates, Eastern Forestry &Tree Service gave me the best price and after seeing their work I will recommend them to everyone.

Our tree service experience today was VERY positive. Jason and his crew were professional and friendly. They even agreed, when asked by neighbors upon arrival, to trim some tree limbs in their yard. We have used your tree service in the past, and will definitely call again when we have more tree work to be done. Thanks for a job well done!

They did a fantastic job of cutting our tree down that was overhanging our home. They were quick in and out and did a great job of cleaning up. 5/5 would recommend using them and will probably use them for any future tree service!

We called on a Sunday morning upon realizing a 100 ft oak next to our home had a new “lean” to it as well as a large crack about 6ft tall from the trunk base. They came right over to assess it and told us to sleep at the opposite end of the house! Due to the tremendous risk to our property, they juggled their schedule to fit us in the next morning. With the wind and such, the tree split more overnight. It was a large job that they handled very well. They were on time, efficient, and courteous. They protected our yard and home throughout the process and cleaned everything up. We definitely recommend them!

Great tree service! We had a tree that needed to be removed as soon as possible.m (65 yr old Maple). They were responsive in coming out to provide an estimate (Friday). Price was extremely reasonable and due to the tree’s condition they came on the following Monday to remove. They were here with an efficient crew and got the job done in approx. 2 1/2 hrs. They removed the tree and cleaned up the entire area. Very professional. I’d highly recommend this company anytime. Thanks to Jason and his entire crew!

Great value. These folks are very efficient and nice to deal with. The got the job done quickly and left our place better than they found it. They added in a little Lagniappe too! We will call them again.

One of central Virginia’s best companies. Local family owned through two generations. Unlike some companies, the man who comes to survey and provide the estimate is the same man who arrives to supervise the crew and perform the most complicated work, because he’s the owner. Fixed pricing and no surprises. Very committed to modern, quality equipment. Safety is emphasized and the crew works very well together as a team. They emphasize minimum disruption to the grounds by moving mats around to support the heavy equipment, and clean up after removing all the wood and finish stump grinding. Highly recommended for a well organized and professional job.
